Cow boy horses do this stuff al the time it’s just every horse is different some you can ride all day for a week straight if they solid and not a pasture pet

You can tell that horse isn't exactly a fan of cows. lol He was pulling away from that cow like "Nope! I'm good dude! I'll run but I ain't going near that guy!" A horse that was a bit less cow spooked would've caught right up to that cow. But its still a cool POV video! :D

He was pulling him around for a good reasons. Horse needs more training flat out. Just need to go chasing cows all day with some good snacks.

There are a few points I would like to make: 1) The bull has lots of endurance and it is worth keeping such a bull as it will be handy to do any work in the future (in case oil gets expensive) 2) The rider should not ride in one hand but use both hands when bull is far off while keeping the lasso around his wait or shoulder. Your horse knows more about the dangers of speeding through pastures. You can clearly tell me wants to track but for whatever reason you wouldn't give him his head you had him all cranked to the right. All I could envision was his head meeting his ass and then a broken leg from you pulling on him like that.
earlyer they used to burn mark them but the last decades most farmers use earmarks that they clip the ear to show which farm that animal belongs to,,, so if that animal later wander in to another farm,, that farmer can contact the rightful owner they also often give a shot of for example a medicine agaist parasites... on older animals they also check their hooves to see if they need trimming. hehe... factory farming where the animals stay in a feed lot ore barn make somwhat tamer animals but then you need lot of equipment to feed them say foodmixers and tractors.. but with free range animals that find food themself, you need more cowboys, i guess.
A few good dogs, some neatsfoot oil, and a better steering wheel are purty handy as well! Just pickin, really enjoyed this. Reminds me of some good old days, wish I was with yall, thanks!
