so anyone can apply? i mean i am a scaffolder in Norway and just want to travel for the heck of it. construction work in the only thing i know and i do concrete and scaffolding basically. but as i understand this card is so they dont let anyone inn at a construction site, or does this card list you're profession ? is the test like what to wear, basic first aid, secure job analytics etc?
