    Love watching your videos. Love the Dutch flare. Having my grandparents come from Holland and head to Canada many years ago. Was VERY excited to see a Dutch BBQ video guy. Your crazy funny and I got my wife into watching your videos once the kids are all in bed

    I’m going to give dry aging a shot tomorrow for the first time. I’ll be dry aging a New York strip roast for 35 days using the UMAi bags. Let’s see how it goes.

    Hi pitmaster, Ik heb een dry aged rib roast van 5 kg voor kerst gekocht, ik was van plan deze er op max 45 graden af te halen en dan een graad of 8 op te laten lopen buiten de bbq en vervolgens even heet te stoken.. jij brengt mij nu in de war door hem op 54 graden pas af te halen. Ik heb dit vorig jaar met een cote de beouf gedaan en die was veels te ver helaas. Hoor graag wat jou gedachtes hierover zijn! Alvast bedankt. Groet Jordi

    I wish rib roasts weren't so expensive, but they are so tasty. I've also done a NY Strip roast too, those come out great and are usually a little bit cheaper
