I wish rib roasts weren't so expensive, but they are so tasty. I've also done a NY Strip roast too, those come out great and are usually a little bit cheaper

Hi guys, love your content. Quick question, resting the meat for 20 min reduces its temperature and my wife hates cold/warm steaks. Once rested what the best method to heat the meat up without compromising the preferred doneness?
