Hi, how do I add in other plug ins that I have downloaded? Trying to set up profiles for work and I did download of plug in icons like Teams, Office 365 but not sure how to access them. I am a project manager trying to shortcut and will also be using with streamyard for live streaming
I wonder if anyone here has the same problem as me. Every time I reboot my laptop, I have to comletely reinstall and reauthorise ALL my plugins. Tried rolling back to an earlier version of the Stream Deck software, which has not helped one bit. Does anyone else have this problem, or knows how to fix it?
I have not experienced that before…. My recommendation in this case (unless you have already tried) would be to back up your profiles on stream deck. Then completely uninstall the Stream deck app…. Reinstall the app and check that it has been granted all of the correct permissions in system preferences. Then restore your profiles from the backup and see if the problem still occurs… If so, then contact Elgato support, because it doesn’t sound normal! Let us know if this works, or what the resolution is to the problem, as it’s a new one on me! 😊
I'm confused. I could be wrong, but you seem to be contradicting yourself. I simply can't follow which keys will work globally and which ones are program specific.

Am I doing something wrong? The StreamDeck hotkey button isn't triggering the transition although if I manually pressed the assigned hotkey, it works
