I use my Numpad regularly. They are vital if you use anything that works in 3D so game engines like Godot / Unity or Blender. *for changing axis* i cant stand any keyboard thats not 100% in size.

I bought the epomaker TH21 about a month ago. I needed a numpad but did not want a full keyboard. It's not the best but for the use I have of it, it's perfect and the price was reasonable

I cannot part with my numpad. I'm right handed but i mouse with my left. i always bind abilities to my numpad and use the arrow keys with my thumb( to explain it very briefly). I just got addicted to keyboards this past week, so i bought my first 3d printer. I'm gonna learn how to use it and turn these goodwill numpads into custom gamepads for left handed people. You may not know just how hard it is to be a left hand mousing gamer. The numerical keypad does tho, it's always been there for me.
Some complex games need numpads. Others allow you to punch numbers for keylocks directly from your numpads. And some old games depend on it and you can't rebind them.
And any serious work that needs to input numbers like engineering, you need a numpads.
I'd love to see yr thoughts on a few diff. Numpads!
Mine is vanilla bean. I like to have it with an espresso poured over it. I am a slight coffee snob with my semiautomatic espresso machine.

The only thing I don't like is you can't completely custom it. So if I want anodized orange I can't select navy as the back plate. I have to buy it separate. I also can't have a separate led color from the knob. Same for the weight. The weight has to match the knob. On the Zoom 65 and 75 you were allowed to custom every single color option without needing to buy it separate. Unless I'm missing something?
you could not mix and match back plate options on the zoom 75, you had to buy additional backplates if you wanted something that didnt match the case color. Same thing for the knob and weight you choose being color matched for the z75. Also not really sure what you mean by separate led color for the knob, since it is fully configurable as far as i know, as with all the rgb on all the meletrix pcbs.
@Tyreinn on the 65, you could get a different color plate weight and knob for free. It looks like they changed it up for the 75 and pad. No big. Just expected the same customization as the 65.
Feel like whenever Hipyo sees lube already on stabs he just uses it as an excuse to go stock. Seems like it ends up working out for him too.
Hipyo is the only ‘streamer’ I know that makes streams like yt videos and I love it

I've been told it doesn't come with a case when you just buy the numpad. Is that correct? As I had to buy a case seperately on the site.. Can someone confirm?

You're lucky your back weight came installed. Mine did not and the screws it came with won't work because the plate it attaches too doesn't have thred. They also sent me allen wrenches but all the screws needed a Phillips! I really hate this thing. For the price it should be better quality & come pre built. Mine was no where near this easy to put together. It didn't even come with a wire. I really wanted to love this num pad but the one they sent me sucks so much.
I know its an obnoxious purchase, and usually totally overpriced, but I'm sick of 96 boards using the regular key size for the 0 key and shoving it up against the right arrow so I'm constantly missing and moving cells unintentionally. Is there a solid 96 board that has a normal 0 key out there that's worth looking into? Otherwise I'll probably have to spend the "most of an entire new kb" amount for just numbers

Hi, I'm a numpad guy.
Interestingly I've never used a numpad even when I had it. And I did all the jobs people swear they need it. I went to school for engineering, lots of matlab, maple, excel, tons of 2D and 3D modeling software, programming. I have a minor in accounting as well. I'm perpetually on computers all day everyday for my jobs. And have been like that for 30 years. And since day 1 until now I continue to just use the top row numbers and any shift modifiers as needed.
You're rarity. Nothing wrong with that.
