0:49 the cutest banh bao out there!
in regards to your h2h: I really appreciate that you shared your thoughts and concerns. I think you're very brave to really take your life in your own hands and create a path you can be proud walking and I admire you for that. Having a glimpse into your life, even if it's just "ordinary" things to you is something I truly enjoy. Generally, I just love seeing what you are up to. It makes me feel close to you even if I'm not there. Others may feel the same and at at the end of the day, this whole channel is yours. Whatever you do, you'll do amazing. Keep shining girl✨

Glad to see another upload! I love your channel.
First of all, congrats on graduating university! And I’m glad to hear that you’re feeling better now.
I think your feelings about UA-cam and content creation are very fair. It’s inevitable that Korea vlogs get more attention; we know that a lot of people are interested in Korea thanks to kpop and kdramas. But it still doesn’t feel good to see performance statistics go down. It’s hard not to feel things like “those people must find my regular life boring then”.
But even though it’s reasonable to feel that way, it’s not the truth. Most of those people were probably just looking for Korea content or hair content, and didn’t have an intention to follow a vlogger in the first place.
More importantly though: You are still you, the same person you were before, during, and after Korea. Your life is uniquely yours. I think living in Berlin and being Vietnamese German are unique things that not many people share. I live in America, and I don’t know much about Germany, so I really enjoyed your first Berlin vlog. It was my first time seeing the city. It made me curious to know more about places you recommend, parks and cafes and such. What does a typical neighborhood look like? What is public transportation like? Even if that stuff seems boring or everyday to you, it is interesting to people who don’t live there. Especially when we get to hear your thoughts and feelings about the things you see. Some of my favorite vlogger content is when the vlogger is simply walking around their college campus and talking to the camera, or when they’re sitting at a local cafe to work on their laptop. It‘s like a glimpse into someone else’s life, in a place I don’t know, yet they’re doing a totally normal activity just like I do. I think vlogging makes me feel a human connection with people around the world. That‘s one of the reasons I enjoy your videos too.
I don’t upload vlogs on UA-cam, but I make them privately for myself. Filming my regular everyday life makes me appreciate the city I live in and things I do even more. Like another commenter said, you are the main character of your own life. It can be fun to romanticize your everyday activities, even if they’re not as exciting as studying abroad in Korea. It’s also wonderful to have an archive of videos to look back on. Ten or twenty years from now, it will be fun to see what your daily life was like in your 20s. Not a lot of people record their lives, so it’s easy to forget they way you were back then. If anything, I hope you keep vlogging for future self!
Looking forward to your next upload ☺️✨

ahh emily, i‘m always soo happy to see a comment from you!! thank you for your really heartwarming comment and kind words - they are very much appreciated and i think i really needed to hear them!
i watch vlogs for the same reason - because im always so interested in what the daily life looks like all around the world and exploring all those unknown places. so you‘re totally right - what might not seem too interesting to me (because i‘m so used to doing/seeing it already) might be really interesting to others! i definitly need to work on my mindset here. for me it has always been a battle between capturing simple moments from life for myself (& of course everyone who wants to join in on this journey) and those not being interesting enough. but again, you are so right - i always find myself rewatching my old vlogs and being really happy about having recorded all those beautiful moments!!
i reread your comment so many times and i think i will always come back to it when i‘m having doubts again. thank you again for your kind words and support!! 🤍🤍

Hi linh! Its hazzy, I dm-ed you 2 years back to ask you about CAU before I enrolled. I've also graduated recently (big congrats to you!!!) and just wanted to thank you again, you were a big help then especially because there was such little info available online :) So happy to see you back here and I resonated alot with the things you spoke about in your h2h! Although not everyone may come forward to verbalise these things, I hope you know that your content has helped more people than you probably think. Just as how it did for me before I flew over to Korea. For one, I very much enjoy watching you just carrying on with your daily life cuz it's so different from how it is here! Whatever is mundane to you may be novel and exciting to others and like the other comment had mentioned, looking back on these videos in the future may also help you to realise how far you've come
