I believe there are other pressing things to be focused on including stabilizing those fundamentals that he mentioned would expose you if they are weak.
No supplier will agree with this if your exchange rate is not stable. Eg. Imaging a supplier selling the phone at installment while the FX rate is GH15/$1, we wake up tomorrow and it’s GH20/$1. Is the government going to absorb the FX loss for the supplier? He should probably explain further.
