My teeth were whitest when I lived in Africa and when I lived there I only used to brush once a day lol just the morning. Once I’ve moved to this England even tho I’m brushing twice they’re yellowing. I think it’s to do with the diet in this England. Everything has sugar in it

Sorry dont agree with the statement made about brushing everyday! there are many underlying issue's for this ! ....wat if there is a medical condition that prevent's you being able to brush everyday, statics also show that 10- 20 of the population ( world i pressume) cause more oral damage to themselves by overbrushing eg removal of enamol receeding gums, genetic disposition to tooth decay. To have good oral hygiene, i would reccomend if you gargle swirl and spit , with an anti bacterial eg listerine!!.. big loveXx

@@JourdanRiane hygienist, a dental professional. Brushing your teeth after breakfast causes acid attack on your teeth which usually lasts up to 30 mins. Not only does it cause enamel damage, it also causes acid erosion on the teeth :)
