I really miss this guys on Strictly! Absolutely fantastic dancers ❤️
These two dancers are sorely missed on Strictly - my favourite dancers
they are awful dancing tango ...mostly her ..I cannot watch her .. If you ever want to see true tango search for the world competitions held in Bs As every august ... Absolutely breathtaking
hmm well seen you have never danced - they kept it simpler so the folk on strictly could see the basics, if you were a dancer you would have seen that in the steps
That was awesome!!!! I absolutely love Argentine Tango!
Extraordinary! The Argentinians we feel proud.
A ma zing..miss these two on strictly..great choreographers
So impressive. Speechless with admiration.
What many people forget is that they are SHOW champions because they are SHOW dancers. They are choreographed because there is a difference between show Tango and Street Tango and it is that Show Tango is choreographed.
RIP, Bruce
Comeback Vincent and Flavia
just incredible dancing!(:
Now thats the way to do it
this is my favorite dance of theirs i love this song
Vincent and Flavia were the best at Argentine Tango no professional dancers do it as good 👍 as them they were two time champions . 🏆
One word: WOW!
THEY HAVE BLOWN ME AWAY baby absolutely breath-taking salud!
Tout simplement merveilleux
Beautiful performance 👍🏼👍🏼
Marvellous.
Nobody been here for three years.
Awwwwww Brucie rip.
Love his shoes and the fact that she is where a short enough dress that you can see there dance steps.
Coreography speaks for itself! beautiful!
The tango is the most beautiful dance in the world. I swear it is.
Totally awesome ❤❤
its just amazing
Loved these two
simply fantastic. thank you for posting.
Fantastic.
From UK 🌹.

Eres una bailarina sin precedentes con un sin igual al bailar que nadie jamás podrá tener GRANDE SEÑORA FLAVIA
que lindo q en inglaterra aplaudan tango argentinooooo!!!
Absolutely gorgeous,
Of course their Champions!
omg i love them!
Absolutely amazing!
goose bumps goose bumps gooooooooooose buuuuuuuuuuuuuuumps!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the comments which talk technically about the tango - I can dance a little argentine and a little ballroom tango and its easily my favourite dance. I'm looking ofrward to learning more about it. These two are wonderful to watch, but I like the couple in the Polo advert too - I like the edge their tango has.
The best 🥰
Tangoed straight into my head, so damn romantic, verdad? :P
So sad they won't be doing SCD this year. Flavia is perfect and has always reminded me of a modern day Cyd Charise.
i do not want to blink even for a second :p
Beautiful dance! Love watching ppl dance it! IT's awesome!
Absolutely breathtaking!
super
That was really awesome AT Performance :)
SPORT or DANCE!
There is NO’💃🏻❤️🕺!
Holy WOW!
It always amazing be the so-called experts that are quick to dismiss and undermine the talent that is at show. Judging from there profile picture, it doesn't look like they move much as it is. They're are more keyboard warriors then experts if you ask me. Let the professionals judge the professionals please and direct your opinions to those that have little interest in them. Simples!!!
that was amazing!:)
awesome Flavia u cn dance!
finally some real fierce professional tango
Fantastic!
great thanks !!
Omg .... now this is why I teach & practise Argentine Tango ...... to be a third so good, for a single dance day in my lifetime!!!!!!...... The difficulty to the uneducated, is as complex as one dance gets!!,
Pure art.
Gosto muito de Tango, adoro assistir esses videos dessa dançamaravilhosa.
I wish I could dance like this!
why do people comment when they clearly don't understand the concept of what they're watching? Vincent and Flavia ARE two times World Tango SHOW DANCE Champions. The competition has nothing to do with Argentina.
Don't even think that Vincent And Flavia are good. They are simply superb. I too am from Buenos Aires - now living in Mayfair, London. I can assure you that these two dancers are in a class of their own. I own the Pacha club (Avenida Costanera Rafael Obligado) and we have held Argentine Tango competitions for the last 15 years. Vincent and Flavia are miles better than anyone we have had at our club. Just sit back and enjoy two extraordinary professionals performing at the highest level.
wonderful!
Just beautiful.
Fantasztikus!!!!! :)
to all those who think this dance is rubish or whatever else .. your mistaken ..as you havent read the tittle properly they are Tango SHOW Dancers as the name implies! so stop critisicing such a wonderful piece of art.
Bravooooooooo.......
I love the Tango Argentino, and this is a great one, but I agree. I can't see any passion, too!
Fabulous
For People who keep saying this was a poor performace, no romance and all the rest of it , just look at the tittle!! They are SHOW Tango Champions! they are more of theatrical dance act! They are are to enterntain with good and catchy moves to the eyes! its impressive!
I usually dont comment on this posts but some comments ive seen really do need to be addressed! Thank you.
im off to see these two on thurs 1st dec 2016 cant wait to see them to what they are known for T A N G O
wasting money?
@porteybailarin They won the show dance section (for tango) of the world argentine tango competition held by the IDO.
bravo!!!
I was searching for information about how many people are now dancing the beloved Argentine Tango around the world, and for some reason the search engine produced a search for "best argentine tango in the world." And at the top of the search was THIS couple!?! Goodness gracious, just when you thought the internet was a reliable source of information!!! But seriously, upon perusing the comments below, I was very glad to see (after lifting my jaw from the floor...and, no, not because I was impressed, I assure you) that people had the common sense to point out that this simply IS NOT Argentine Tango, neither "salon/de la pista" nor "stage/fantasia"-the two categories at the ONLY official Tango World Championship in Buenos Aires, Argentina: EL MUNDIAL. Elsewhere in the world of ballroom dancing, however, there is a "Showdance" category, wherein Argentine Tango can be featured, and/or sometimes chosen as the dance at a given competition, but suffice it to say that the best it can do is imitate or mimic the elusive Argentine art form. i should know. My own career began in Ballroom and Latin dance, until I traveled to Buenos Aires 18 years ago and subsequently dedicated my life to the intense study and examination of a partner dance form that is radically different in structure and content from any other partner dance. Still and all, to be fair, i decided to google this pair and go to their Wikipedia page. It turns out the couple has had commendable success both competitively and professionally, but NOWHERE does it say/claim they are "World" Argentine Tango Champions (and for good reason). It does say they are they are (and I quote) the "UK Argentine Tango Champions, 2006" UK is United Kingdom (hardly Argentina). The only "World" titles they hold are are in "Ten Dance" and "Showdance" as "Finalists" not "Champions." Again, what the couple has accomplished is admirable and undoubtedly worthy of recognition, but it's disappointing when dancers histories are distorted or misrepresented, especially when it results in misinformation, in this case, from my unexpected search for the "world's best Argentine Tango dancers"! For those truly interested in the finest "stage" tango in the world, search the results for "El Mundial de Tango" or "Campeonato Mundial" which began in 2003. Let me repeat-being a "caballero" ("gentleman")-that I'm in no way diminishing or negating this couple's artistry, but it should not be masqueraded on the internet as world-class Argentine Tango when it is a Ballroom Showdance interpretation of an art form that dancers like myself dedicate decades to exploring and experiencing its subtlety, nuance, sensuality, musicality and passion. I'm proud to have studied with the some of the greatest tango masters, some of whom have sadly passed. It would make them sad indeed to see their beloved Tango Argentino so egregiously misrepresented
This is Strictly Come Dancing, a Saturday night entertainment show in the UK. It's glittery fluff. Really not worth your level of analysis. It makes people happy - sequins and sparkles. Let people enjoy it for what it is.
Sidney Grant A long rant about something very unimportant... you feel better now? It's SHOW Tango. They make that plain. What do you want except whine?
Sidney Grant - OMG! It's light entertainment. Who gives a sh*t for your irrelevant thoughts. Talk about getting your knickers in a twist over nothing. Get a grip - and a life! Jeez.
i think its an amazing performance!!! great technique... but my favorite ones are Solange Acosta y Max Van deVoorde, they are just awesome! but this dance was incredible.. dont know why everyone hates it so much... and im a tango dancer too..
NICE!
Cold, passionless show tango.
Bravo
I wish I could dance like this. But my crystal bones won't let me.
Agree with kethrai, this is more ballroom than real Tango. One of the reasons real tangueros refuse to organize "championships" is that brings in the flashy choreographed movements for the public to win prizes as opposed to real dance in a couple.
WHATTT!!!!!x Wow.
"A los amigos" (to the friends) by Forever tango
Tysm
The best bit is where Vincent does a little heel click as he leaves the stage! Ha ha.
That is how you cut shapes on a dancefloor.
this is the first video i liked maybe it was my mum that did it
@sfarouni That's because it's a style of argentine tango called "fantasia" which is basically show dancing. the whole of point of fantasia is to show off and entertain the crowd. I don't like it myself, but it gets people's attention, I suppose, and gets them into argentine tango.
Like the descriptor says, they are Argentine Tango SHOW Champions. Not Argentine Tango champions, but tango SHOW champions. Huge difference.
@vampirinable Si, soy de acuerdo con tu ^^.
WOW
Just like on ice
Beautiful, well excuted. I'll give you ten butterflies.
a very well done tango but same as you i don't feel the passion and chemistry in them
@tokkiota y dónde ganaron el campeonato mundial? porque en el Campeonato Mundial de Tango en Buenos Aires los años 2005 y 2006 no fue... me encantaría saber quien les dio el titulo
a los amigos, its on the strictly come dancing cd or there is a version on utube called argentine tango - forever tango
The Argentine Tango is the name of the dance style. Its a variation of the Tango in the Argentinian style. It doesnt mean you have to be from Argentina to dance it. and it doesnt mean the world championship has to be in Argentina.
Vincent and Flavia are exquisite dancers. Professionals and Champions. I'd like to see all you people who said awful things do better....
to those who say it's not real tango, I say, why not? what makes it less than any other form of tango, salon, or social? obviously, this style has no place on the social dance floor, but are the dancers not connected and aware of each other, and is their embrace not genuine? because that's the heart of tango, it's in the way two people relate to each other as dancers. these two have it.
@YMcB1947 Well, that's just it. Latin jazz is distinguished from the indigenous variety by the fact that it's called "Latin" jazz. Argentinian posters here seem to be objecting to this form of the tango being called an "Argentine" tango. We all know the tango originated in Argentina, but maybe this style should be called International ballroom style tango to avoid confusion with the indigenous style of the dance.
yep
very good observations and comments on this particular performance......I call it "all show and no go" I do agree it is entertaining and dancers have demonstrated a level of competencies, no way would this tango be performed in the the clubs and barrios of BA. Perhaps in a Las Vegas stype of show, but not on the squares.
It is called "A los amigos" ("to the friends"). i'm from argentina, =D
Not everyone is going to have chemistry. Yes, the tango is about passion, but a partner is just a partner. You don't know what is going through their minds or in their personal lives. It is easier to make such frivolous comments when you're watching from the sidelines.
I miss Brucie!
@miguelguable hola yo soy de Mexico disculpa mi falta de conocimiento pero me podrias explicar que diferencia hay entre Milonga y el Tango bailado.
This is only me who cant see any passion but wonderful technical moves???
