I have a vs 880 Vxpanded And I desperately need to upgrade it to version 3.1 so I can use the VS-CDR burner for backup. I bought my 880 brand Brand new In 1998 but never had a need to update it until now. I checked on Roland's website and they no longer offer the 3.1 version. I have also done multiple Google searches looking for this file and no one seems to have it archived anywhere. For me backing up on the CD would be the perfect solution for my problems. Unfortunately, I am still operating with the original hard drive that's now 26 years old and I'm scared to death that before I can convert it over to CF card I may lose my data sitting on it. Is there any chance that you may still have a copy of this file?
Sorry I don’t have a copy. Back in the day I always took my vs880 to my dealer and he would do all my updates for me
