In a magazine recently, the 'Guruvayur Rasaaalan' recipe contained only nenthrakkaaya and chena as vegetables (but NOT mathanga & kumbalanga as in this video. Please clarify what are the vegetables to be added in the actual Rasakaalan?

In Guruvayoor Rasakaalan, Mathanga and kumbalanga are essential but traditional rasakaalan recipe does not require it.
