If you buy Stan's Vertical diet off his website, make sure you write down the 27000 letter PDF encryption password before you click off the page. I didn't, clicked off it for a second and tried to open it and couldn't because of the PDF encryption key. I then reached out to Stan's website email and never received any help or reply.
30% protein, 30% Fats and 40% carbs. If 200lb person eats 1 gram per body weight of protein it’s not possible to eat that amount of protein with the above macros, the carbs % will need to be reduced to get in more protein. Or am I missing something.
What? 200g Protein is 800 calories. Make that 30% of your total caloric intake which means your total daily caloric intake is 2667 cal. Have 800 calories (89g) from fat and 1067 calories from carbs (267g) and you're all good to go
@@MrRanch-fc2pe i personally measure skinfold haha cos that tells me my subcutaneous fat thickness. Just keep making adjustments till it keeps decreasing. Usually keep protein the same and lower carbs that are not around workout and then fats later on
@@YellowLimp well, what if that 200lbs person needs to eat 4000 cal to maintain their bodyweight or to gain some? do you then go for 300g protein or do you just add carbs...?

1g of protein per body pound isn't the whole picture. Think .8-1.2 grams and adjust accordingly. You can eat too much protein.
Great video!
