  • This fifteen minute guided meditation helps to connect with and then withdraw from each of your five senses. This practise, known as pratyahara has a whole loads of benefits. If you're feeling boredom or craving stuff you shouldn't, or maybe just a bit uninspired, this is the one for you. A few minutes of relaxation at the end.
