Those mushroom caps are so large, I honestly thought for a second you were going to use THOSE as the buns for the burgers. :-D lol You have a specific bean salad of your own devising that you'd pair with this?
Haha they are! I love portobello mushrooms. I make bean salads all the time but I’ve never actually made an official recipe for one so it’s on my list!!

Great recipe. Put a tablespoon of miso by mistake...yikes! What do you call a mushroom who buys everyone drinks? A fungi to be around!
Hahaha and oh no! You got a BIG boost of savoury salty flavour from that miso. I hope maybe some extra lime or lemon juice balanced it a bit? 😬
