No. You need also moonshards to craft. You don't need SLP to craft. Moonshards are unbuyable. SLP crafting u use only if u want to trade or sell the runes and charms but u still can craft with ONLY moonshards

Now you can buy chop axies and still have viable comp for leaderboard rewards. beside also any game in the world is pay to win when u can buy a character from other players. But its against ToS of those games. Here in the end its legal and incentivized. So i dont get that narrative its p2win when u buy assets from other players. NOT DEVELOPERS.
