Oh, Nicolai association is great, i really really don't mind. New York holds a very special place in my heart, that was actually the very first Nicolai I had ever smelt. I truly miss the personal connection to people, but I couldn’t handle the constant flood of pictures that I kept checking (and ever since Jeremy unboxed a bunch of fragrances and a student tried to steal my identity it was just a bit too much). In addition, since Instagram changed their algorithm and showed me posts that I “might like” there had been just too many triggers. You know that about me, I am constantly figuring out this social media thing and if you overthink things like I do, it can get complicated very easily, but … as another Austrian once said: I’ll be back, but probably not as someone who creates content.

Of course there are some fragrances I associate with some UA-camrs too. For you it would be Shalimar philtre de parfum and Nicolai fragrances 🥰 I have the same association with some of them. I also often associate people with fragrances they made me discover. For Yve it would be Neroli blanc intense and Woody mood then ! 🤩 For Jon it would be any Kilian fragrance 😆 For Lizzie it would be Black rain, Lolita Lempicka, Confessions of a garden gnome and anything that smells like rose or violet in particular 😁 In my mind, I have an association of Cherie with Samsara, Ormonde Jayne fragrances, Serge Lutens fragrances and N°5 Eau première 😊 Of course for Andreas, anything that smells like mint, Heeley fragrances in particular and Penhaligon's ❤ I also associate Claire with My insolence. But also with some notes like musks, violet and frangipani 🏝 For Arlene, I would say Amouage Sunshine too and anything that smells like incense in particular ☀️

Even Galen and Thomas are spot on, even if I associate Galen (probably my favourite reviewer) with Boudicca Wode, because it's the one video that made me follow him almost obsessively.
