1947 Spartan Manor Trailer At Russo & Steele AZ (Jan 2020)

This 1947 Spartan Trailer (lot # 674 Jan 2020 AZ Auction) was a No Sale at Russo & Steele and only got bid up as high as $47,500. It is worth at least double that. A 1953 Spartanette, lot 266 RM Auctions Jan 2020 (worth less than a Manor everything else being equal) sold for $127,500 against an estimate of $75k-$125k, and while nice, did not have the quality of restoration that this Manor did in my opinion.
This is an example of a consignment being at the wrong auction I think.

Saw this exact trailer in a different video( the man who did some restoration work on it)added a shower to it,as the original footprint didnt have one.
