Depends on you ,and what you want, buy with frame if your frame is damaged or you want a brand new frame.The screen will already come installed on new frame,so you just need to replace parts from one housing to other one.
I've got back cover without heat insulation tape like one on Your video. Is that important? I hope that it is only isolating temperature and not important for cooling phone? Sorry but I am newbie in screen replacement :P
Hi,it will not make any significant difference,you can normal use also without the thermal pads on back

Hello , can we replace mi 10t's 144hz 6.67" IPS LCD display with similar sized AMOLED display with same punch hole position. Asking whether it is possible. Because thats the only weakpoint of this device.
Hello,i dont think it is a weakpoint of this device.This IPS is better then mid/good quality AMOLED. One milimeter means a lot,if it is not same,it may not fit. if you have 6,67" screen it does not mean you have the same dimensions ( length and width),punch hole also,small difference and you dont have front camera.
,and the coincidence that you have the same connector fitting the board is very small. So i would no recommend,only if there is an aftermarket product made for exactly this model.
@@techexperimentslab8805 day to day differnce is unnoticeable. This lcd panel is that good. But in netflix hdr playback it shows glowy greyness a lot.

You should find a new motherboard first,reconnect all connectors and remove the old motherboard,fit the new in,reconnect,and thats it

Oh, never mind I see that the ribbon like connector is in the back of the battery.
My lcd still good but the frame was too much scratch.
Can i just replace ftame only? I've just obtained frame only seller.
But i can't find video how to replace only frame.
If you have shiny frame,try to polish with fine cloth and good paste(if they are small scratches)
To replace frame only, you must remove and install the screen and all parts from old frame to the new one without damaging anything, especially the screen.on video looks easy,in real life can be hard and complicated

Why it shouldn't be?Most replacements for this model are made very close to original,so...

Probably yes,I dont know the current situation related to USA/Xiaomi,i know they had issues in the past.At the end you always can buy a screen yourself and ask a repairer to do it or try change it by yourself.

Hi, I changed the screen on my phone watching your video ....after I assembled it Iturn it on and for couple of seconds the image was on the screen and after the screen goes dark, I can't see nothing on it .When I push the on , off button the phone has the vibration off starting or turning off but nothing on display...do you have an ideea what can be the problem ?
