I believe that it is the C151B door failure or systems. As went, the doors are shut the light is still illuminated. Even after many attempts, the most plausible reason is that the driver may not be trained enough so the driver did not know what went wrong NO system shut down was made nor was there a seen attempt to bypass the doors issue. It is most definitely NOT the PSD fault

As much as I hate KSF, I find it quite saddening that this happened. C151B is rare on EWL, (I had to camp at a station just that get this) and seeing it break down makes things even worse. It's just like non-KSF breaking down on NSL. See, KSF is China quality, thus it sucked.
I don't have any preferences nor favorite trains. Each train has its good qualities and bad qualities. I only dislike it when I keep getting a particular train model on a particular line too many times. I get sick and tired of it.
Apparently it's the first train model on the NSEWL. I'm still unsure why they painted the rims above the doors and windows all black for all C151s, they make the C151s look so ugly in my opinion... Of course, I prefer the unrefurbished C151 to the refurbished C151. During refurbishment of the C151s, 9 seats per window were downgraded to 7 seats per window (gonna happen when the C651s get refurbished as well). And the most annoying part is that all C151s are bar trains now.
