I have been here twice. Once to your old location and once to your new location. Both times i had the sirloin with blue cheese sauce. First time i had it it was good. The second time i felt the waitrress didnt like us. I came there with my mum and wife salwar kameez on etc. The steak wasnt great and didnt look like the sirloin with juicy crackling and the blue cheese sauce tasted weird. But inshaallah i will try again for a third time. Will get the chateuabrand. Walikumsalam Walikumsalam

that sauce is definitely masking something if you going cook rare and say experience the meat then putting that sauce is not correct

Maybe, for a halal food reviewer, you should also mention whether the place serves alcohol.

Sorry, this is not a true steakhouse, it's some sort of fusion between English and Asian cuisine, if I'm going for a steak I want a good old traditional steak, chips, onion rings, grilled tomatoes, if I want Asian flavours, I'll go to an Asian restaurant. This place is neither.

You have clearly never been there, nor understand what constitutes a traditional steak 👍

01:22 beef bacon lol aka halal bacon lmao let the caucasian confusion begin, 05:23 dudewhat happened to the audio ? 07:00 dude them onion rings where drenched in too much oil , because you use the brown colour breadcrumbs easily get burned dark mainly used on fried chicken , but if you use the asian chinese white colour breadcrumbs intended for calamari squid seafood etc it comes out yellow gold ,welldone brown , very light fluffy it absorbs less oil & dont drip oil like your rings , i worked at a place & the chef tenderized the meat with a hammer kinda thing then seasoned with salt pepper only no oil & cooked it on the grill without a glaze not like yours , & then served it with chips & mint paste not desi yogurt mint sauce not like yours on the side, we served it to many english customers who really liked it, english like their meat with salt pepper only no gaze or seasoning like yours lol , & when it's cooked rare or medium or medium rare & under the steak on the plate they like the pink or red juices or bloody, for us muslims this is under cooked steak but caucasians love it, we sold english bland stuff but i made desi style lamb chops wings burgers sheek kebab all my own spices where used at a minimum not so strong to overpower the food , because i served mostly english & pensioners , lol if i was next door to you we would've had competition & beef lol, im not working there anymore & im in birmingham btw , we use to sell snapper seabass samon & tiger king prawn , cooking simple seasoned in oil salt pepper lemon rosemary thyme & garlic cooked in oven except the prawns where fried served with a side of either chips or vegs or rice, dude you even use the same cheesecake we use to sell covered in them round crunchy chocolate balls nice, i swear both our menus is almost same but yours is more desi but we had probably way more dishes like garlic bread w cheese calamari lasagne & loads more because , our restaurant started as italian first , i worked as chefs assistant , so i know a lot of italian dishes, not halal but i wish there was a halal italian restaurant , then from italian the new owner changed & added all the new grilled food & added all my dishes , then got rid of a few italian dishes but kept som because my experience with italian food , i worked a month as a second chef while the boss hired 4 different main chefs & fired 3 , because the boss had a temper & argued with all 3 chefs & fired them without paying a full months wage, i asked each chef wanted 7-£800 a week , boss saved scammed £3000 of wages that month because i the boss was a coke head , but then he found a last chef for £350 a week who didn't speak english i translated the whole menu from urdu & all orders to the chef for 2 weeks until , one day i came work & bailiffs changed locks & was already inside & said get your stuff we are boarding up the restaurant tomorrow , that was my last day there, btw we both should collab i have experience & so many halal dishes ideas , love your restaurant btw
