12% exemption is for employer RPF contribution mam, for interest it is 9.5%, the rest 2.5% is taxable. Standard deductions is must (standard deduction U/S 16(i) : 50000 or Gross Income form salary)
dude it's not rpf its spf ,
for gov employee spf is fully exempted
for pvt employee its 9.5%
S bro
Legends watching it in 1.25 x speed before exam day 😅
Me watching at 2x😊
💯😂
2.5x speed 😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣
After results legends will mood off with in 1.25x speed 😂
madam i think you have missed this point but interest on provident fund is exempted only upto 9.5% only but you have taken it as 12% .
If the employee works in a private company when he received recognised provided fund intrest it's exempt up to 9.5% but in this problem he is a government employees so that the intrest of statutory providofund is fully exempt 🤝

The interest on RPF is 9.5% so it is taxable as it is excess
It's considered as SPF

@@kushalj47049.5 is for pf not for rpf
It is exempt for statutory provident fund and for rpf or urpf it is exempt upto 9.5 %

For calculation of RFA
Muncipalvalve and fair rent is irrelevant mam
My actual professor maam is! like. i dont like the teaching at my college. they are not excited, nor happy to be doing what they do. it clearly shows on their face that they are just here to get it done with as soon as they can and go home. Madem why you are not substract the standard deduction 50 000 in deduction s madem
Ma'am 30% deduction is usually applied to income from salary for tax purposes.
It is वीर सावरकर
9:08 least amount+ 10% furniture in working notes
Total of this in rent free accomodation
I don't have a computer mam😅
Mam, if they have given income from other sources also and ask us to calculate total taxable income should we ignore the other income as we are doing only income from salary?
Mam I am getting confusion because for the 1st sum means in this video ur saying contribution is totally exempted but 2nd video u told 12 percentage is exempt. And intrest on capital also exempted ur saying in this video and second video ur saying 9.5 percentage exempted remaining we must consider please clear this doubt
Teaching method is Very nice Mam 👍👍
Ma'am You Are The Great Best Explanation 💝
Mam rent fixed by govt 25000 per annum
Very Easily Explained. Thanks For Making The Videos On This Topic.

Hello hi ma'am
Good morning
Where is Standard deduction u/s 16 Rs. 16000/-...
Super madem
Madam what about standard deduction u/s 16(1a).
Same question..
50000 exampted
We have to deduct 50,000 as per the tax standerd deduction u/s 16 (a).
Gud evng mam
As per the tax rules under section (16ia)standard deduction the govt will fix the tax rates that we to take compulsory or not mam
The amount of standard deduction cannot exceed the salary amount. The amount of deduction will be Rs. 50,000/- or equal to the salary amount, whichever is lower.
More over that it is mandatory and compulsory deduction to any person who is getting income from salary.

Calculation of rent free accommodation after considering the frv and the government rent you need to calculate the 15% 10% of 7.5 % of salary as depending on the city where the employees working and depending on the size of the population I think you need to change it Madam
In case of govt. Employee value of rent free accomodation is license fee as determined by govt. There is no question of 15,10 or 7.5percent Or fair rental value
Madam Interest on PF is exempted only upto 9.5% na
