Pilot Pao Yang married to my niece witch the first wife and I never see him in person in my life. For me we should forget every things in the past we lost every things. Vangpao was hmong leader why vangpao didn't recognized any thing. I was soldier in Long Cheng couple years and I knew vangpao didn't care who died who live all vangpao want was money and his reputation. Don't even to think about what happen in the past by the noise of guns bombs to killed people every day. After 1975 the hmong gain nothing but split separated through the whole planet. What a losers what ashame.
The hmong communities are waiting to hear from the late pilot Lis Lwm’s wife and children about their father’s experience, bravery and sacrifice. We especially need to know how vaj pov treated his family (his wife n kids) after Lis Lwm’s tragic death in 1969.
You need to listen to XPN Talk Show. Former Major GVP only used our fathers for his benefit. Once they are dead, got captured, handicapped, or no longer do your job. He will just abandoned the families.

However, he did not promote his soldiers based on performance. He loved the Vangs more than other clans. He didn’t want any of us here in the States. I never heard VP gave any credit to veterans like your dad as a POW or my dad who is MIA. I think we are here not because of just ONLY VP but because all men and women who sacrificed so much during the Vietnam War. Therefore, we need to give credits to others too, not just VP.
@@tseebyang7770 Of course we need to thank all of our soldiers on the front line who made sacrifices and chose to fight for freedom. My parents knew GVP and my mom is related to one of his wives. According to them, when he received money from Americans he made sure to give it back to the Hmong people. Sure some things that he did were questionable but I don’t think anyone regrets fighting for him. He had a bigger dream for the Hmong people and that was to eventually obtain a country of their own somehow but we all knew that was impossible. Either way, if you want to blame GVP for not giving credit to our soldiers then you need to point fingers at everyone in a respectable position. From my understanding if GVP didn’t love his people he would have left first but instead waited until all of his people got on planes to leave the country. Am I wrong?

I remembered I met him, brother Pao Yang, in my uncle’s house in Viengchanh around June 1969. He rode his motorcycle around and came by hlob Ntsuab Toog’s house many times.
Thanks for your service, uncle Pao Yang. You are one of the lucky ones returning from the dead. If my dad had survived and returned from Communist Seminar Camps, he would be 81 or 82 years old now.

I met brother Pao in Phounsavanh 1977 just right before they released the prisoners for working, I was 16 years old, I was enjoying talking with him he is a nice guy, I did remember he told me that he was so mad because his wife married with a taxi Yang guy. Sorry to hear about your uncle. But most likely, no, because no one went looking for Pao either.
It was too dangerous to do a search and rescue mission at the time. Too many VC’s all around the mountains.

Pilot Pao Yang married to my niece witch the first wife and I never see him in person in my life. For me we should forget every things in the past we lost every things. Vangpao was hmong leader why vangpao didn't recognized any thing. I was soldier in Long Cheng couple years and I knew vangpao didn't care who died who live all vangpao want was money and his reputation. Don't even to think about what happen in the past by the noise of guns bombs to killed people every day. After 1975 the hmong gain nothing but split separated through the whole planet. What a losers what ashame.

The hmong communities are waiting to hear from the late pilot Lis Lwm’s wife and children about their father’s experience, bravery and sacrifice. We especially need to know how vaj pov treated his family (his wife n kids) after Lis Lwm’s tragic death in 1969.

You need to listen to XPN Talk Show. Former Major GVP only used our fathers for his benefit. Once they are dead, got captured, handicapped, or no longer do your job. He will just abandoned the families.

Even after being a POW, my father still does not blame GVP. And if GVP didn’t make these decisions, Hmong people wouldn’t have a chance of even coming here to the states. You should thank him instead of listen to haters.
@@misstaytay9694 I don’t blame the former Major General VP. He did a good job defending the country. I did thank him for his leadership and his service so we have the freedom today. However, he did not promote his soldiers based on performance. He loved the Vangs more than other clans. He didn’t want any of us here in the States. I never heard VP gave any credit to veterans like your dad as a POW or my dad who is MIA. I think we are here not because of just ONLY VP but because all men and women who sacrificed so much during the Vietnam War. Therefore, we need to give credits to others too, not just VP.
@@tseebyang7770 Of course we need to thank all of our soldiers on the front line who made sacrifices and chose to fight for freedom. My parents knew GVP and my mom is related to one of his wives. According to them, when he received money from Americans he made sure to give it back to the Hmong people. Sure some things that he did were questionable but I don’t think anyone regrets fighting for him. He had a bigger dream for the Hmong people and that was to eventually obtain a country of their own somehow but we all knew that was impossible. Either way, if you want to blame GVP for not giving credit to our soldiers then you need to point fingers at everyone in a respectable position. From my understanding if GVP didn’t love his people he would have left first but instead waited until all of his people got on planes to leave the country. Am I wrong?
