Bought a 1 ton excavator on credit and discovered the interest rate on my paypal account is 24% per year and that my $6000 purchase will cost me $18000 if I make the minimum payment!
Great video Harvey! Absolutely sucks that you learned the hard way about PayPal. Garbage practices as an institute. And heavily avoided in Canada. Hopefully it all works out and you only slightly pay a bit more. Sounds like it's already been worth the investment 😊
I had that happen on a pickup truck. They got me for 24% and it about killed me financially. Didn’t realize until first payment rolled out. It was the first and last vehicle I bought at a big car dealership.
You still come out on top the conviniant of it pays for itself, but $700 isn't much for the conference of having it now, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Hey Donald!!! I need the machine now and there is work it needs to do real time.... About the payments, if one is running tight money, 24% interest, $110 a month in finance charge is no joke.... Thanks for Ur kind wish, thoughts, watching, and commenting!!!
Harvey, in past years, you have sold items that you don't need for cash. Like the Clark plow tug and that motorcycle with the bees nest in it...Only a suggestion, sell some of the non Honda bikes for cash.
Thats funny. They are always sending me credit card offers I guess they are pushing that now. I hear some stores are accepting paypal now. Paypal must be paying them a cut. Well if worse come to worse you certainly have plenty of inventory to liquidate. Just dont hurt yourself on that thing.
that's the problem with having bad credit. Everything you buy will be higher interest rate.they are taking a chance on you and so they need to charge a lot higher interest rate compared say to somebody with good credit!it always pays to look at the details before you buy things!!
Harvey that PP situation Sucks, get out asap.Im in England and have an ATC 70,I’m desperately struggling to source parts have been watching you for years quietly.Parts here are impossible to Find So I’m turning to the only ATC Pro,Could you respond to this comment and maybe we can keep another 1 running👊
Hey Phil! Thanks for Ur understanding!!! About Ur ATC 70, I'm not sure what U need.... Many of the parts from the CT70 swap over, I believe the TRX90 motor swaps over also though, it needs to bring the wiring along....I hope this helps.... Thanks for keeping the old machines alive, thanks for Ur thoughts, watching, and commenting!!!
I’m looking for bigger rear rims a standard front rim and front Mudguard if you have them it’s got a 110cc Loncin engine which is running and fine with an oil cooler and makuni, carb, also interested in a dent free tank if you have one.
When I was "lending" $20 till payday, I got $30 back, and smokes were 3 back on commissary day for 2 packs lent out. Without a strong skillset I moved to a place that was inexpensive, and being 17 years into my mortgage at $435 per month including Ins. and taxes, doing quite well. Whatever I learned in Business School combined with the "School of Hard Knocks", let me see things in the Economic categories as potential disasters if not careful. I keep my mortgage paid 3 months ahead, just to be safe, and my work boots and gloves ready every morning.
Hey Steve, I normally pay off all my stuff on the first bill, I need to dig the drainage now, so, I kind of dove in without looking.... I will have it paid off shortly, may have to borrow some $ from my wife, I'm not sure where the cost is the highest though.... U bring reality and wisdom to the world, most folks can not handle that!!! Thanks always for Ur thoughts, support, encouragement, watching, and commenting!!! BTW, we are getting ripe for a meal at the Roscoe Diner!
If you'd just part out 3 or 4 ATCs on eBay, you'd have enough to pay cash for one. :)
Man, why not just rent one !
