Everything nicely explained, but you got 2 points of Hofstede's culture wrong.
First of all, masculinity vs femininity refers to the attitude within a culture of certain nations towards traditional male and female values. For example, masculinity refers to the rivalry, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, ambition (US, UK, Japan) vs. femininity, which refers to care-taking, willingness to help, knowledge sharing (scandinavian nations). Not the gender roles within the organization...
Next, long term orientation has nothing to do with attitude changing over time, but rather nation's (culture) focus on short- or long- term outcomes. Asian countries, for example can defer short-term gratification to achieve long-term success, while most western countries focus on short-term benefits.
Would be fantastic is you changed it cause it might confuse the students :)
