He is a great judge. I have seen few other of his proceedings, he is just fabulous. In HC, you just can’t make fool of judges, they are v experienced fellows, and do not get fooled by “Chalu” Advocates.

The defence lawyer seems to be trying to divert the issue of answering to the point. As regards the disciplinary action, it's not clear whether or not the petitioner was provided with a copy of the inquiry report for making his submission against the report to the disciplinary authority for due consideration before passing the order of penalty as required by the rules. All disciplinary rules shall conform with the guidelines of the CVC, and the resolutions etc cannot overshadow the said guidelines.
