Andrew Savage is one my favorites. The ultimate smug asshole, who's so used to control in his real life but he can't help but try and have it on Survivor, which always blows up in his face.
That “unbelievable” was just the perfect mixture of rage, sadness, disappointment that really just makes you feel for the guy. He comes back and is once again gone 8th pretty much and barely makes merge/jury. Whereas this time he gets taken out by a legendary idol play.
I don’t like him in either of his appearances but I just love his confessional after Woo’s blindside where his mask slips off showing the viewers his true colors.
He is so stupid. He has this undeserved sense of entitlement. He thinks because he lives this luxurious life at home that people will just love him on Survivor & treat him the same. He doesn't think anyone should lie on Survivor or backstab, but that's what the game has come to now. People don't stick to their alliances with the big strong immunity threats like Joe just because they started the game with them. They take them out because guys like that will win 100% if they get to the finals. He can't seem to comprehend that, and it is fairly simple, my 7 year old brother knows this. He's also a major hypocrite and it was his own fault that he got blindsided. The "three witches" knew how big of a threat Jeremy & Spencer were, but they saw hated Savage and how he had no chill about anything, so they THANKFULLY sent his ass packing. He had to be in total control of everything just so that would help out his fragile little ego and he held a huge grudge against Kass, & Ciera for voting Woo.
Evan Singh Most of that is just your own conjecture. Savage didn't take issue with everyone who lied or backstabbed, he took issue with the Witches Coven, most specifically Kass and Ciera. That's it. He has the right to dislike a person. Also, it wasn't just Woo. It was fucking everything else they did. Ciera tried to fuck up his golden friendship with Jeremy too, just by lying. That would honestly piss me off too.
***** As I just explained in the comment thread you're commenting in, Ciera in particular did something to deeply offend him Savage had this really good friendship with Jeremy and she tried to subvert it with lies just to disrupt the alliances. This is a natural way to play the game, but Savage wasn't that kind of player and just couldn't quite stomach the fact that she pulled that shit.
I really liked him in pearl island but after Cambodia he is on my bad list. Saying something against Fischbach. I’m just really happy that how he will be remembered for Wenthworth.
He was talking about Fishbach because after he told the story of his wife Fishbach started telling everyone he was acting for sympathy and when Jermey told him he wasnt happy
I think that the edit was bad for Andrew after Woo got voted off because Cbs and people don't want the elimination of a hero because of an idol so they just kept his worst moments to shown us that Savage doesn't deserve his place in the game.
No because he acted like Ciera & Kass were terrible people for voting put Woo, somebody who wasn't apart of their alliance anyway, but was somebody that Savage wanted to keep. Keeping Spencer was a good strategy move for Kass because she knew he owed her one, which he didn't own up to, but still she was making moves to benefit herself not Savage, which is what your suppose to do in Survivor, look out for yourself not others.
He said that the things that he values are loyalty, integrity, honor, bravery, etc. Let’s look at that: This is the guy that ran the Morgan tribe like a dictator The guy that made fun of Skinny Ryan for being unathletic The guy that couldn’t tell an old woman that he was gonna vote for her The guy that couldn’t fathom the thought of the other tribe( that crushed his tribe in challenges) throwing a challenge The man that referred to the people he ruthlessly voted out as “misfits” The man curses at people and flips them off when he doesn’t get his way And the man that got voted out either first or second into the merge in his season
Loved savage. You know, everyone’s getting on him for his exit and him overreacting and flipping Abby off.. he’s still human 🤷🏽♀️ I bet most of yous would have that same reaction just too afraid to admit it. 😂 I think he’s a great guy.
