Why? Why CAN'T I be this Savvy? Creative? Amazing Ideas! Thank You 4 sharing!
Wouldn't it be lovely to combine the tri-fold with the dried flowers and resin? I'm picturing a triptych arrangement of the flowers. Too bad I don't have any flowers but I have the cutting boards 😜!
I love all these ideas, I just wish the ides would come with direction and measurements, maybe full length individual videos.
For the floral cutting board and utensils, all you need is Mod Podge. Just paint over the flowers with a couple of extra coats. You can use the dishwasher safe kind if you’re going to wash them often. It will look much neater than the acrylic.
Love the spices in the frame!
I wish they would credit the original content creators. Not only for ethical reasons, but also so I could go find their more in depth videos.
and slow the video down.
The wet bar is great, however it needs to be painted or papered to look cohesive and it will look a bit more polished.
I use these all thr time. Very convenient. The little bottle fit anywhere.
Love the spice rack. So cute
Walmart has the best Square sized spice bottles, with spices in them. Perfect for the drawer idea
Such great ideas! Tyfs! ❤️ But I think my favorites were the wet bar and the rod on hooks with S hooks
I’m going to the dollar store right now and getting those travel containers and make that spice thing. All excited!😊
Those bottles are not air tight or food safe
@@emilymulcahy
I have to find magnets thick enough to stick everything to the fridge. I have sheet magnets but they didn’t work. I also couldn’t even find those little travel containers anyway.
@@MaineCoon1113 Walmart or Michaels has them if you're in north America near a dt you should have those too, but truthfully just go to Amazon and get magnetic spice containers and they may be more expensive but they'll be food safe, ready to use and much sturdier
@@emilymulcahy
I’m in Georgia. I actually bought what Walmart had, and they were a weird shape and wouldn’t work so I returned them. I’m probably putting in WAY too much thought and energy into this..LOL! It looked so easy in the video. Great idea though.
Thanks for the tips! I appreciate it🙂
So many great ideas. Thanks for sharing 👍✌️
Lots of cool ideas here. The beverage cart at the beginning is my favorite.
Very creative but I also had to mute sound.
I love hometalk and most of the project ideas, but can we please talk about the choice of music in the videos? 🙉
It doesn’t bother me 😂
Sounds like the 'needle' is stuck.
Agreed
Now all I can focus on is that music. 🤣
I always mute the videos with music. It is so annoying.
Your ideas just solved about 5 of my storage needs. It will help with my clutter issues.
Love these diy’s
Yes, please. Change the music, something smoother
I never noticed before, but the screws split the wood on the cutting board tri-fold divider. Is there a way to prevent the wood from splitting when inserting screws into the wood?
Predrilling the holes prevents splitting.
@@foechicken8023 ...Thank you! 😃
Or... save ur money and buy quality products.
Haha finally someone else noticed that! 😅
That' clip seems to be in every single Hometalk video now and it drives me crazy every time because they don't predrill which causes huge cracks and they just keep it in and hope nobody sees it! 🤯🤬
That was actually the only reason I went into the comment section - to write about the huge mistake with the boards haha!
You need to predrill before putting screw on.
Great idea. Putting Dollar Store travel bottles in your kitchen keeps those water bottles from entering the wastestream and threatening our precious natural resources.
Great ideas as always. Where did you get those flowers you use on the cutting board? Thanks for sharing... xoxoxo...
Great, DIY video you put together thanks for all the inspiration
Awesome ideas!!
Happy Valentimes
Perfect video...great ideas. TFS. Blessings 💜🙏🏽
Great DIY Video ❤️ as always ✨⭐✨ @Hometalk , 😉💭❗
Can't wait to try these...
I love all of these ideas and I’m going to try them out for myself …
Thank you so much!
Thanks for all the great tips
AWESOME!!!!
Super cool and time and space I sure need to find so I can make
Love the ideas
Super ideas!💡
Super lame ideas…..😢
How did you hang the Peg Board ? please and thank you !!
Idk how they did it, but we bought 2x2s (firing strips~ these to give space behind the board for Pegboard hardware to be inserted & removed as you design your space) & cut them into chunks/sections, painted them color of choice, then found studs on wall where we wanted to mount it, next predrill through the 2x2s so they won't split, then screw the 2x2s into the wall (basically one 2x2 on each corner, or as close as possible & maybe some in the middle~ I'm putting a qualifier here bc both the length & amount of 2x2s you use will depend upon what you'll be using the Pegboard for/the amount of heavy items you'll hang), then finally screw the Pegboard to the 2x2s & you'll be ready to hang whatever on it.
Try & be strategic about where you place 2x2s, as you won't be able to add anything with hardware to those areas, but you can mount something straight through the Pegboard into the 2x2 with screws (we mounted a nuts, bolts, & screws organizer to ours using the 2x2s for extra strength).
Also if you want to add "S" hooks, add them to the Pegboard b4 it's mounted, as you'll have to bend/stretch the S out to get them into the board, which is harder once hung.
If you have any questions let me know...
@@leahrowe847 Your information is fantastic , I have two large walls I want to install pegboard on for utensils and baskets to hold items to keep my counters cleared off nothing heavy , I saw pictures of Julia Childs kitchen almost all her walls had pegboard for her pots and pans it was beautiful she displayed what she loved , I love to be organized and the pegboard is perfect , thank you for the very precise information I can't wait to get it done and thank you for your offer to help further with any other information very much appreciated !!!
I enjoyed this one. I would like to see someone make a wooden paper towel that can hang or any material that could hang. I can't find one. Only standing ones. Thank u.
Trying to work up the nerve to do an acrylic pour. The projects u can do with it look amazing. I'm just intimidated. One of these days.
So now there's two bottles of spices and you have to go back and refill.
The spice rack is my next project
I agree. I would like to be able to find the info on how they made all the various labels
This made me want to paint my nails.
Your a genius!
Whoa! Where did you get your labels placed on spices organized in drawer.
Where did you buy the bottles for the spices?
I like your ideas, but I don't know how to slow it down to REALLY absorb it?
Anita Flowerday, to change speed go to top right of screen, hit the cog and scroll to bottom where it says playback speed . You can make it faster or slower. Hope this helps
I'm just so ticked I live in a crappy apartment and only have 1 drawer in my kitchen! Ugh. Want that spice drawer so bad!
Are they food safe?
👍👍👍
THANKYOU 💥🏆💥🏆🌹🥇💥🏆💥🥇🌹🌹🌹🥇💥💥🏆
👏👏👏
I've tried the cookie cooling rack idea. That's one to just spend the Xtra money on. It didn't hold up at all
A lot of hometalk's diys fail to last.
Something else that has always raised questions for me is when these channels make a bunch of stuff where do they store all of it?
I mean really, how much stuff can a single house hold?
I hope those bottles are food safe?
Exactly, not everything at Dollar Tree is food safe. I would only trust containers that have a label saying it is meant for food storage.
Please don't put your spices in the sunlight or on warm/hot surfaces like the side of a fridge.
-Just a friendly PSA.
What was the product that you rubbed off like a transfer onto the black painted board?
New sub! OMG I'm L O V I N G this channel! 👍🏽
👏👏🏆🏆🏆🏆
Question: does one really want to put good spices in a PLASTIC container used for travel from the Dollar Store, a U.S. haven for Made in China goods?
What was the purpose of the cutting boards with hinges, that went on the counter?
To cover the appliances or mess that some people don’t want others to see.
Music seemed to fit the content. I liked it. Ideas were great. Thank you.
most of these ideas are repeats. Why move spices from a good jar to something different
Cute ideas! Side note, I hope you're not using the cutting board with resin for actual food. Resin is very toxic and should never come in contact with food, or be cut on either!!
I agree, and was coming here to say that.
@@Meh947 A LOT of it says that, but it's not true. Do your research and be VERY careful. Request safety data sheets and if they can't provide them, run!
Do not use e6000 on wood. It will not last and you will be left with a sticky mess on both items.
Basil is an herb
Haha, most were actually herbs but adding 5 letters to the top of the frame solves the issue.
Is this food grade plastic? You can spend a lot of money and still get products that are tainted with heavy metals and toxic chemicals, but I would definitely be hesitant to use something from the Dollar Store that is not intended for food.
Your advertiser site isn’t working for my iPad. Annoying because I’m interested in the product but oh well…
I don't like that hometalk doesn't put the page name of the different people they feature on these videos. First off for the credit to them and secondly maybe we want to follow their work
You’ll be refilling those tiny spices constantly
Yes, I was just gonna say “like the ideas, hate the music!
Please! Next time you do a video, please let us see ( the name of the stuffs that you are using so we can buy it).
Where did the guy store all the big bottles of spices that he fills the small bottles with to what, save space?😂
You should wear those thin latex gloves when you paint so your hands stay clean..
Good video, not the music though..
MUSIC IS STILL ANNOYING
Adore hometalk but the music on this vid is awful
I know right 👍 awful music 🤦😩
What great craft ideas!!💕🤗. (🎵 Music is awful!!). Is that the chipmunks singing 😑😟
Same old videos over an over. Don't they have anything new to share?
I LIKE THE MUSIC
👽👽👽👽👽
I IMAGINE LITTLE ALIENS DOIN THE MACARENA IN SLOW MO
👽👽👽👽👽
WHY IS THE MUSIC SOOOOO LOUD!!!!
Why does everything need a label? Most of these are so tacky looking
Please have an easier type of music. It was irritating after 30 seconds let alone 8 minutes.
Ok maybe 2 new ideas , need more new please
Amazing
I wish there was more time given to seeing the finished product placement. It's way too rushed
Had to MUTE this video. Can't you find music that is less offensive? Less annoying. Music with a melody and not merely a head-pounding beat? Thank you.
Her video.
@@Siren0X0 I agree.
@@Siren0X0 Granted, it is a video published by Hometalk. I can mute the volume, and I did. I also provided them with consumer feedback. That's why there are comments. Thanks for the observation, because I agree in part. If I don't like it, I don't have to watch or listen. But in this case, I decided to provide feedback to the business that is Hometalk. Thanks again 👍👍👍
@randomretard21 Apparently I have plenty of company with others who find the music unpleasant. If I'm putting out a commercial product and my customers have complaints I want to know so I can either address the issue or not. Thank you 👍🙏👑✝
Yep it messes up my Heartbeat too
Lol 💀
Those travel jars aren't air tight or food safe, do better
These clips are way too fast
Creative, but not food safe.
Please please please please play different music
The videosaretooquick
You should research what kind of plastic you are using.
That voice in the BGM is kinda hard to bear😞 So much so that I can't watch the video any more. Good content though.
Onions and potatoes should never be stored together.
Music is super annoying!!!😢
The title says this video will deal with different ideas on how to use travel bottles in your kitchen. But you have only one or two things that deal with the travel bottles and than after that, you just show a bunch of random projects that have nothing at all to do with Travel bottles! Don’t keep misleading your audience about the real content of your videos! It isn’t honest and it is just bait to click on the video. Want to grow your audience?? Be truthful about the content of your videos. This should have been titled Do it yourself projects, because that is the content of this video not Travel Bottle Kitchen ideas! Geez!!
Turn that stupid music off!! 🤦🙄😭
Yeah, I'm sure that wire won't go right through my fingers. Not!
I’ll translate the music… 😮💨”🎵Elsa eyes, I’ll have a quick chip and an a uh oum🎶.”
You’re so welcome everyone.🥱
