Hard Rock Insanity (Talent Show Collab 3rd Entry - ft. M3rciless Akil)

- Kin and his friends heard that a new edition of the Talent Show is coming up, they decided to form a rock band and call themselves "Kin and the Boys" (Well, Kin calls his band that way, Gammaton and Bitola didn't agree to it), this decision happened a few months before the talent show went live, so they thought they had time to learn how to play, but alas, they suck at it, so with little time on their hands, what will our "heroes" do to overcome this obstacle?
Meanwhile, a peculiar Soldier comes up at the stage before them to demonstrate his own rocking abilities, he boasts about his guitar skills, and it seems Kin and his crew will not be able to hold a candle to him, surely nothing can go wrong for their unknown foe... right?
Alrighty, this is it! The most recent big project for this channel, I've been working on this for the past few months with M3rciless Akil, I honestly thought we wouldn't make it, but effort always prevails at the end of the day!
Also, don't worry, I'm still working on Minecrap Remake, okay? Leave me alone.

I admire the extra effort to add smears to yalls animation! Adds a fresh take to gmod content not a lot are willing to put effort into.
Seeing this is weirdly nostalgic to me! From the niche community I came from we too would make FGC inspired combat. Seeing not one, but TWO fellas make something of that same aura in gmod brings a smile to my face. It's like re-experiencing my first days of that community but in a weird... Alternate Universe, I guess I could say? lmao

Are you serious! THIS is gmod?! No way I swear that is SFM. There is no way that was made in freaking GMOD

@@Al_Xe because it is too smooth to be made in gmod, I think even tho there is artist like Eltorro64Rus that does really smooth animation in gmod.
I mean does using gmod is easier than using SFM that appear to be a really buggy?
@@billydogthekid from an outsider’s perspective I can see where you’re coming from.
Still though if you’ve practiced enough with Gmod you’ll realise that it’s actually pretty capable if you know how to properly animate. Much like SFM Gmod has tools and interfaces for keyframing, lighting, posing and even particles. So basically it doesn’t matter whether it’s Gmod or SFM, if you’re a good animator then you can make either of them work.
As for which is better well... it’s really down to preference and what type of workflow you prefer. Gmod is properly optimised game that has everything set up more or less, has a fancy IK/FK switch for rigs and better tools for puppeteering. Whereas SFM has spline curves, easier volumetric lights and a more intuitive particle system. It’s really up to you which one you’d wanna use.

I always fear stuff like smears will make an anim look too tryhard, but it has never felt like that here, it's always so heavy and good, the fights are to die for.
This is absolutley gorgeous, awesome damn job you two!

And, as usual, the MOMENT Giboy returns after his... TORTURE of a respawn timer duration, he's IMMEDIETLY killed after pissing off Kin. Worst part? Giboy got the PAINFUL way to die on the killfeed.
... I'm gonna assume he's gonna be in that Respawn room for a couple more years than his previous respawn timer

I am honestly offended that I haven't found this channel earlier. The way you perfectly choreographed the fight sequence, the way the music video flows, just all of it. This is a perfect animation. The only other animations I'd consider to be perfect are "Pootis engage//EXTREME" and "the Red, the Blu, and the Ugly." This animation of yours is completely flawless, and if I had to criticize this animation, well...
The only bad part about this animation is that it ends.

The animation, especially the tekken styled fight scene, is surely impressive.
It still shocks me to this day how you haven't gotten 100k by now. The animation is smooth for the most part, and if this is on gmod then holy shit that's unreal. And two the style is just really good and stands out from a lot of other animators.
