I'm glad you guys are trying to appreciate every angle of how things broke down here. Tory was the one who started the fight, Miguel escalates it, Robby crosses the line, Daniel, Johnny and Kreese set them down this path in the first place. When this episode came out (and in the hiatus before s3) EVERYONE was blaming Sam for it. It was so annoying. As if drunkenly kissing your ex is as bad as taking brass knuckles to a school fight or tossing a classmate over a second floor railing.
There was no "heat of the moment" the fight was over, robbie came back and took a cheap shot and then attempted murder. There is no justification for what he did
I agree. However, I will put responsibility on Miguel for letting his guard down so quickly. We’ve seen him do that a couple of times. Over both seasons and each time it’s bit him.
😂The fight wasn’t over, no one ever told you a fight or street fight isn’t over until one actually down or knocked out😂Sucks but yea, also 100% heat of the moment, you think the adrenaline Robbie had was gone, and you can see that as soon as Miguel goes over the ledge he didn’t intend for that, but sadly he was blinded by his emotions, just as Miguel was for starting the fight instead of realizing that Robbie was just stopping the fight
@@YC_001good thing this wasn't a street fight huh. It's a school fight between teenagers. Miguel could've broke Robbie's arm and decided to let him up. Robbie then decides he's not done yet and kicks bro over a ledge. Robbie was tweaking
Robbie was deffo at fault for what happened to Miguel. The fight was over Miguel backed away and Robbie decided to take it further and put Miguel in a position where he honestly could've died. You can't just make the excuse of him seeing red, like that would never ever hold up. He decided to further escalate the situation. It should have never gone this far tho, with the kids fighting.

Truly a cruel summer.. Feel so bad for Johnny, for all his faults he's doing his best and he gave the best advice to Diaz to act with mercy.. Such a turnaround. Love this show, amazing episode!
the defending robbie that theyre trying to push is insane. So they jump all over Miguel over a little kiss with Sam, but they defend robbie when he commits attempted murder? and why does this same logic of "seeing red" not apply to Tory when she pulls the spikes out? Robbie is 1000% in the wrong
It was not attempted murder, accidents don't count,he obviously wasn't trying to make him fall off the railing, even if Miguel died it would most likely be a case of manslaughter, robby did the wrong thing by letting his anger get to him in the heat of the moment
@@gavinnewlon8182 The logic doesn't apply to tory because of different context, she was actively trying to seriously hurt sam,for the most part Robby was trying to avoid fighting Miguel and he he kicked Miguel out of anger and he didn't expect Miguel to fall,I do agree that robby shouldn't have done that and should take it as his fault.
Well Navi here's your retort against Miguel's actions last season, remember that time Robby kicked Miguel off a ledge in a fit of rage and broke his back? Shit hit the fan BIG! Riddled with misunderstanding, misinterpretation, quick leaps towards violence and a total lack of communication. While Daniel gets in the doghouse for letting his past trauma lead to a full blown karate gang war, Johnny suffers the most out of the adults; everything he built, every relationship forged and every bridge mended now left in the dust, and the snake that Kreese is leapt at the chance to take advantage. With the teens, Tory taking an L was a bit strange, given how she took an L against Sam last episode, but while Miguel definitely instigated some aggression he chose to end the fight before going too far, whereas Robby's insecurity led him to anger - the path to the Dark Side. But the fight is the big highlight of a great season, the younger kids emulate Bruce Lee vs Chuck Norris for a bit, Stingray gets some comedy fights in, Hawk gets a little humbling, Chris shows the power of books. Also the song they used at the end (and at the start of school) was a slowed down version of the song they used in the original movie, Bananarama's 'Cruel Summer'. But also RIP the TV, it never stays on the wall for long.
Johnny is 100% to blame for allowing Kreese back in at all, especially when he saw that Kreese was still cruel to Daniel 30 years later. Insane you act like Johnny is some helpless victim lol.
@@dannybob42 He never should have let Kreese back in genius. Especially when Kreese showed very early on he hadn't even changed. Do you understand now?

The school fight just makes me think of Power rangers 😂it’s so good! & Tori & Sam we’re going at it like damn & Robby sure pushed that gap now he’s on the run I think
Sam kissed Miguel, Miguel rebuked Sam...Tory couldn't hear what was said, she only saw what she saw. On top of this, Tory has never hated Miguel...but Sam and Tory absolutely hate each other. Tory wanted vengeance on Sam, but Tory wanted Miguel to go away. Tory only started a fight with Sam, she didn't start the school fight. The school fight was started when Robby jumped in and then a Cobra Kai member tried to get Robby off of Tory...that was when Miguel saw and jumped on Robby, initiating the school fight. Robby was panicking, he wasn't seeing red...Robby didn't get angry and start seeing red until Miguel apologized and let off of him. The act of mercy is what triggered Robby, because the act of mercy by Miguel signified that Robby was the loser...and Robby can't accept losing. Navi, you simp for Robby so much that you make up things that didn't happen. Miguel heard "no mercy," he didn't say "no mercy." Miguel apologized is what happened! Suraj got 'em, the girls are from RobbiStan...

Why don't they get this show? This isn't our world, it's the karate kid world. There are no cops, or teachers breaking up fights. It's not meant to be a realistic high school setting, it's kind of a mix of 80s movies in a modern setting. It's all a bit of fun.
There isn't a single one of us that didn't say to ourselves during that scene "Okay that was ridiculous. Awesome, but ridiculous." There's a reason Season 3 opens like it does, they wanted to let the audience know they're aware of how ridiculous it was.
I had the same reaction back in 2019, especially after all that just happened. Only reason I cared at all was when I started to think Daniel had said she was some sort of doctor and might weave her into the story by helping fix Miguel up.
So are we forgetting the shit Miguel said to Robbie during the fight😮 About how he has his dad and How Sam still wants him. And remember, Miguel tackled Robbie when Robbie was trying to stop the two girls from fighting, So yeah Robbie was seeing red
"Hmm...this is the episode where Robbie committed attempted murder, surely the Robbie defense squad will relax" "Hey, they opened the preamble with addressing their Robbie bias, so they are aware of it, good to know" *Opens toilet* "Oh, they are excusing Robbie and stripping him of his agency by claiming he is seeing red, but villanize Tori for doing the same thing but worse"😐😐😐 Y'all are some weirdos because you find Robbie attractive, which is the WEIRDEST reason to do so considering they are kids
I want them to realize Miguel has shown many times that he tries to do the right thing. He is in a way another version of the karate kid, learning the most. He’s the main guy but they seem to always see Robbie as like the hot guy who is in the right.
Well....think about this, Miguel tackled Robbie when Robbie was trying to stop the two girls from fighting and then Miguel did the shit talking about how he has Robbie's dad(Johnny) and that Sam still wanted him. So yeah Robbie was seeing red
You'll care about Ali soon. I mean, she is the real root of the Johnny/Daniel rivalry. Also, using those spikes is the same as using brass knuckles in some states, which is voluntary manslaughter if your caught using them
Everybody played at part in the school fight, Yes Miguel & Sam both cheated on Robby & Tory, but Tory trying to kill Sam is not okay, it’s doesn’t give her the pass. Robby was the one who killed Miguel over the railing even though the whole time Robby & Miguel were talking shit the entire time and what made Robby mad, was Miguel said to him that Sam didn’t love him, she loves Miguel, but yes Miguel showed mercy to Robby, but at the same time showing mercy on the second floor balcony is not smart, because the one thing Miguel did was let his guard down and that allowed Robby the chance to catch him off guard and kick him over the railing.
To be fair ive had alot of teachers behave the same way in high school fights. Alot of teachers acknowledge the Kids are just stronger, and alot of teachers were afraid of catching lawsuits from parents who say "My kid was just defending them self, they are a sweet kid, you didnt need to use force on them.".
The attitude Pat has in these videos, whether real or not, get really annoying over time. Like we get it, you're a ''tough guy '', stop trying to prove it every single chance you get.
Wow it’s hilarious watching them go from talking about Tory’s fight to trying to find every possible way to defend Robbie. That perfectly sums up yalls cobra Kai reactions.
What has been interesting these past 2 seasons that you guys have covered? Cobra Kai, Martial Arts designed for Street and War tactics have won their fights in Tournaments. On the other hand, Miyagi-Do fighters, an art more suitable for Tournaments have mopped Cobra Kai in the Street.
Tory is the most accountable. It all started because she stole alcohol. So it was right for Sam to assume she would steel too. Then to get back at Sam she purposely went after Miguel when he clearly was not over Sam. Then when their feeling arose again and they kissed, she lost her shit and started a school fight. Tory is the MOST at fault in this whole show.
man pat needs to learn to differentiate a fist fight vs street fight. this started as a fist fight, you know a high school fight or two dumb drunks at a bar, someones gonna get beat up a bit and it ends. hopefully no serious injuries. this isnt always a bad thing sometimes even friends need to just fight it out if they have a problem. but the second someone pulls out a weapon or intentionally aims to do serious damage then its fighting for ur life because you cant be sure how far the other person is willing to go. tori again escalated from a fist fight to a street fight. miguel also did by having robbie in a position and prepared to break his arm, but miguel stopped himself but it was already escalated. if someone was about to break ur arm and stopped you wouldnt just be like oh ok, youd most likely try to get away from that person or fight to defend your safety. fight or flight. this person already had u in such a vulnerable position its hard not to feel defensive for your safety. i mean everone is talking about robbie and miguel but sam did the same exact thing to tori she just didnt fall as far. but yeah not every fight has to be a fight for your life, but these days people cant just fight it out in a respectable way. back in the day if someone went down and the other person tried to further hurt them when it looked one-sided people would step in and be like yeah ok u win its over, no need to go to prison tonight
In Daniel defense if I found out my daughter spent the night drunk at a person I thought had questionable moralitys house. I would also be seeing red and tight as hell. Shiiit plus it went on for the entire night and Johnny did not tell me.
Also both Sam and Miguel were both in the hospital, and Robby and Tory were expelled. Something is telling me Sam and Miguel were meant to be👏😊 Robby and Sam's relationship sucked!

20:56 Navi saying she hates how Kreese holds his Gi....haha thats his trademark, he's been doing it since the KK 1.
its a "chi" apparently
Nahid getting mentioned brings back cozy 4 memories
What happened to him
I'm glad you guys are trying to appreciate every angle of how things broke down here.
Navi and Pat are like the angel and devil on each shoulder.
@@jeremiahsmith7706 want a fair fight get ref
@@YC_001 Robbie was down and about to get his arm snapped. The fight was over. Robbie took a cheap shot after like a coward.

1. Miguel won that fight and Robby is a sore loser, and Tory is one of my favorites due to her backstory and all later down the line that shows why she is so violent.
No way Robbie is being defended like cmon he potentially killed someone seeing red is not a valid excuse he knew what he did that’s why he ran

The freaking fight choreography in this episode is insane!

@@millicentgordon5427 my point still stands
@@gavinnewlon8182 The logic doesn't apply to tory because of different context, she was actively trying to seriously hurt sam,for the most part Robby was trying to avoid fighting Miguel and he he kicked Miguel out of anger and he didn't expect Miguel to fall,I do agree that robby shouldn't have done that and should take it as his fault.

Navi him holding his ki like that helps with the "eviil" 😂😂
Lol
@@gregdrake5069 he kicked Kreese out, then Kreese stole his livelihood from under him at his lowest point
@@dannybob42 He never should have let Kreese back in genius. Especially when Kreese showed very early on he hadn't even changed. Do you understand now?
@@gregdrake5069 then you wouldn’t have a show, Johnny’s naive but it’s not like he deserves all this
@@dannybob42 LOL the same can be said for every single action sport. Youre criticizing Daniel and Robbie. Without the stuff they did, there wouldn't be a show. Do you understand now? Simple enough for you?
The school fight just makes me think of Power rangers 😂it’s so good! & Tori & Sam we’re going at it like damn & Robby sure pushed that gap now he’s on the run I think
Exactly Miguel is red
Demetri is blue
Sam is pink
Hawk is black
Tory is yellow
Robby is green/ white

2x10 is my favorite episode in the whole series, it's so much hype!
Why don't they get this show? This isn't our world, it's the karate kid world. There are no cops, or teachers breaking up fights. It's not meant to be a realistic high school setting, it's kind of a mix of 80s movies in a modern setting. It's all a bit of fun.
Exactly 😂 thank u
Its meant to be fun yet you're bothered and angry at their opinions lol
There isn't a single one of us that didn't say to ourselves during that scene "Okay that was ridiculous. Awesome, but ridiculous." There's a reason Season 3 opens like it does, they wanted to let the audience know they're aware of how ridiculous it was.
Because the Normies aren't 12 year olds in adult bodies getting mad about opinions.
This show makes you realize that both sides were wrong and right. There is no bad guy(except maybe Kreese). Its not black and white.. its gray
2:10
Navi by that logic: Robbie could have snapped Miguel's neck if he wanted, but he only kicked him over the ledge
Now wait for season's 3 finale!
They not ready
Yaboyroshi reaction to that finale was hilarious
And the season 4 finale, and the season 5 finale. Cobra Kai knows how to do finales right.
Their reaction to seeing Alli name was hilarious 😂 they really didn't give a shit
I had the same reaction back in 2019, especially after all that just happened. Only reason I cared at all was when I started to think Daniel had said she was some sort of doctor and might weave her into the story by helping fix Miguel up.
@@td811 I completely forgot about that last part
So are we forgetting the shit Miguel said to Robbie during the fight😮 About how he has his dad and How Sam still wants him. And remember, Miguel tackled Robbie when Robbie was trying to stop the two girls from fighting, So yeah Robbie was seeing red
Pat is clearly the guy who has never been involved in real violence. They always scream for bloodshed the loudest.
I remember watching this fight, and thinking how in real life every one of them should be in jail. This was basically a gang fight lol.

That Hermione reference.... LOL 🤣
Been waiting patiently for this one
Robby kicks someone over a balcony...
Navi: Its okay. It was the heat of the moment.
Tory uses weapons...
Navi: She is the problem.
Bro, i clicked this so fast, like my whole life was depending on this. This is wild
Facts
To be fair ive had alot of teachers behave the same way in high school fights. Alot of teachers acknowledge the Kids are just stronger, and alot of teachers were afraid of catching lawsuits from parents who say "My kid was just defending them self, they are a sweet kid, you didnt need to use force on them.".
The attitude Pat has in these videos, whether real or not, get really annoying over time. Like we get it, you're a ''tough guy '', stop trying to prove it every single chance you get.
He is not a tough guy. That's why he keeps trying to prove he is. What's understood doesn't need to be explained. He screams insecurity.

I feel like he’s never been in a fight lol
