Warlords of Draenor turned 10 years old only a few weeks ago. For those who played it when it was current like myself, you will remember the unparalleled beauty of its zones, mystical and ethereal soundtrack and best quest experience ever brought by an expansion at launch. This could have been the GREATEST expansion, if it had been finished. To this day we mourn the loss of content like Farahlon, the Ogre Continent and Island, along with many questlines. This is a tribute to the spectacle that it was, and the masterpiece it could have been!
10 years already? Doesn't seem nearly that long ago...and yeah, WoD started out strong, but it was very clearly half baked. I don't buy the party line that it was the fault of Garrisons either, just rushing to meet an artificial 'new expansion every 2 years' deadline. I think the players would have been willing to wait longer to get a finished expansion. I definitely liked Y'rel, pity they had her turn out to be a racist zealot in the years ahead.

the questing and initial storyline was some of the best they ever did. wod sucked because they cut half the expansion, the cool-ass promised capital cities, a whole raid tier etc. and the reality of the daily gameplay loop was reduced to garrisson duty. like specifically the yrel/durotar vs blackrock cutscene was soo cool, the detail, even that maraads heal spell made the "spell cancelled" sound and the lay on hands making the same sound so everyone who ever got touched by a paladin knew whats up, it was so good!

tbh.. Warlords of Draenor wasnt that bad. I loved the scenery of original Draenor compared to Outland

Tbh I think the reason Blackhand doesn’t have any hair is because it all caught fire 😂
If you remember the Foundry, probably burned off holding that Fire Spirit in the forge to make all the weapons.
