LISA STANSFIELD RELEASES NEW SINGLE "NEVER EVER"
As she prepares for her first North American tour in two decades, Lisa Stansfield releases a new single from her latest album ‘Deeper’. Featuring the actor and musician Max Beesley on vibraphone alongside Jerry Hey and his LA horn section, ‘Never Ever’ is yet another fine example of why Blues and Soul Magazine described Lisa as “an essential artist of our time” and Classic Pop Magazine as “one of the best British soul voices of the last 30 years.”
‘Never Ever’ has already charted as the #1 most added song in the Billboard Dance Club Songs Chart, thanks to electrifying remixes from Mike Cruz and Rob Hardt. The remix package will be boosted by additional mixes by Brian Power and Mark “Snowboy” Cotgrove for the single’s July 20th release.
Back in April, Lisa Stansfield released her eighth studio album “Deeper,” written by Lisa and long-time songwriting partner Ian Devaney. In addition to singing on and writing the album, Lisa stepped in as executive producer, working alongside Devaney and Snowboy. The record was acclaimed on its release and charted at number 15 in the UK Official Album Chart.

Years gone by but she is just incredible with her clear voice and rhythm. 💖 I am 55 and danced to her songs in the 80ies, now i have problems with my feet and she is still a whirlwind on stage. Lisa is one of the most outstanding talents the UK has ever produced. As well as an amazing vocalist, she is also an amazing songwriter and lyricist.
