I also sell nylon tulle, mine stands a little bit more, but the others are lighter. Or you can buy it at Joanns, they also sell nylon tulle 😃

This dress is a hit...I figured out the size for a 5 year old..lol I made two already and on the third one..hahah oh one question...how do you keep the tutu a bit tame and not bunch up so much....can any safe fabric softener mixed with water and spraying it a bit help?
You have to brush with your hand slowly white sewing. Also, the tulle that you use make a huge difference, some type of tulle look messed up. Try to choose the softer ones and Nylon instead of polyester, for most of the time I find that nylon is softer
@@lisal9633 I used a 5mm hook and I measured my granddaughter around under the arms and the shoulder to waist...I used a #4yarn Impeccable yarn, but I should have used #4 caron simply soft...the number 4 was a bit thicker...but it turned out great...and you can measure how long you want the tulle to be by measuring your granddaughter from the waist to whatever length...
I need to make this same dress again for a 3-6 month old..lol do I just change the hook size....and also a size T6...this dress is in demand now..hahah
For a 3-6 you may add 8 extra stitches and add 1 round before dividing the sleeves and 1 or 2 rounds for the waist. Sorry, for the other size, I had not idea because I just make small size dresses.

Hi, it really depends on the kind of tulle that you use. I had purchased nylon tulle from different stores to find the best, some of them are not very soft but some of them are really soft so you will have to find the best quality to avoid that. Always choose nylon, but even if it is nylon it is different depending on the brand. I hope that helps

Yes you could add 1 inch to the tulle or 2 depending on baby height
