You're right with delicious Gorgonzola. Yes, it may look disgusting at first sight but once you taste it you'll get addicted to it for the rest of your life. It's perfect also for sandwiches!
It's impossible to pick one Italian food as my favourite. If all goes to plan I will be living in Rome from early September- right before Christmas this year. I will definitely get one of your guides.

A few fast corrections. Lasagne is not from Naples, it's from Bologna. Risotto it's from the north in general not specifically Lombardia. There are a lot of kinds of pizza not just Romana and Napoletana though the origin is Napoli. Interesting video anyway :)
From what I understand, the word pizza comes from the Greek word, pita. The modern pizza involved Italian people putting ingredients on flatbread, including tomatoes from the New World. The Neapolitans popularized a style of pizza in the early 1800s. After Queen Margarita came to Naples, as mentioned in the video, then pizza was spread around the world by Italian immigrants.

Hi anna well about the never don't in israel don't talk about politics idon't really or not interested about politics because i don't like politics Israelis doesn't want to talk about politics I want to be a normal person to have a diploma and going to the university in canada or in the us but here in puerto rico the people always wanted to about politics everyone are tired about talking about politics I want to go to canada because the canadian people doesn't want to talk about politics only they talk about is hockey and how is their day going that's what I want to talk about and the Israeli defense they are very wel protecting their country and is the best army ever in Israel oneday I will like to visit israel they have trains the Israeli railways it goes any cities in Israel like from Jerusalem to tel aviv
