Ingredients:
500 gr potatoes (optional, new potatoes);
500 gr zucchini;
200 gr green beans;
3 medium tomatoes;
1 tablespoon tomato paste;
2-3 medium onions;
1 celery root, optional, and 3-4 celery leaves;
2 carrots;
4 green onions;
1 red bell pepper;
1 bunch of dill;
1-2 bunches of parsley;
20-30 ml oil;
salt and pepper to taste;
Optional, but recommended: sour cream, to taste.
Can be served cold too!
