    I think Padma could use the cheapest products from the dollar store and still look like a million bucks! Architectural bone structure, mesmerizing eyes, full lips...she’s got a lot to work with!

    She’s so beautiful! Those cheekbones and lips ! I will so buy this collection! However my skin tone is yellowish as a Latina, I wonder if this will look good on my skin tone.. I see Indian skin has different undertones.. I will have to try!

      E lle most Indians have yellow n golden undertones too so you can definitely try this collection

    • @---ct2hj
      @---ct2hj 6 років тому +3

      Most Indians have a yellowish undertone. Padma is from south India so that may be why she has a more red undertone but I think the collection would work for both undertones.

      - - she doesn’t look red at all lol, she’s definitely yellow

      I can tell it is very different, like Salma Hayek skin tone against hers, I am not an expert to tell the undertones but it is definitely different. Saludos! ☺️

    Never blow on the brushes,bacteria everywhere...

    • @agd881
      @agd881 6 років тому +10

      Cathrine Niko you do know that bacteria is EVERYWHERE whether you blow things or not.

    • @cathrineniko6634
      @cathrineniko6634 6 років тому +3

      I sure do.But it is very unhygienic and a big no no in the makeup industry.But you are allowed to blow as much as you want on whatever you want:))

    • @valhoff3
      @valhoff3 6 років тому +3

      I wouldn’t worry about it with my own makeup and brushes being used on my own face. It’s not like I’m sharing!

    • @valhoff3
      @valhoff3 6 років тому

      Cathrine Niko YES, it’s a no-no as a MUA. But even though it is likely to spread bacteria, Prof. Paul Dawson of Clemson U says, “in reality if you did this 100,000 times, then the chance of getting sick would probably be very minimal,” and we’d be well aware by now if there were some sort of outbreak of illnesses from Chuck E. Cheese’s parties around the country. 😉🎂 #BanBirthdayCake

    Nope. don't blow off the excess you'll get an eye infection with the bacteria. Love padma though

    • @Starseagull
      @Starseagull 6 років тому +2

      jinixx maybe if you just ate poop before blowing on it, otherwise you’re fine lol, relax.
      Eye infections comes from poop bacteria getting in your eye. Just wash your hands after using the toilet and it’s all good, promise 🤣

    • @valhoff3
      @valhoff3 6 років тому

      Maria while that might be good for a laugh, the science is wrong. “Poop” is just a source of E. coli bacteria. There are 39 trillion bacterial cells in the human microbiome. Some bacteria are “good”...i.e. acidophilus in yogurt, fermented foods, and our beneficial gut bacteria. But some can be harmful or pathogenic and cause disease, such as staph, respiratory infections, and tuberculosis, for example. Check it out: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacteria

    • @Starseagull
      @Starseagull 6 років тому +1

      valhoff3 did you seriously just explain bacteria to me..?
      My point is simply blowing lighty on a makeup brush, your own brush, used on yourself, on an otherwise clean brush is not going to give you an eye infection unless maybe you are already sick.
      And eye infections or pink eye, are to my knowledge usually caused by e coli getting into your eye. You dont have e coli in your mouth so its not gonna end up on your brush. Maybe you should read your own linked article 👍

    • @valhoff3
      @valhoff3 6 років тому

      Maria Yup! Wrong again. There is Viral Conjunctivitis or Bacterial Conjunctivitis. According to the CDC, “The bacteria that most commonly cause bacterial conjunctivitis in the United States are:
      Staphylococcus aureus
      Haemophilus influenzae
      Streptococcus pneumoniae
      Moraxella catarrhalis
      No E. coli mentioned! There’s a lot of misinformation out there. I prefer that scientific assertions be factual. 😊

      jinixx this comment is so annoying. Your eye won’t fall off if you do it ok it fine to do it once in a while if your doing it to your self.

    padma is beautiful but nothing about this video got me excited about trying this collection-including the lighting. if you’re going to do beauty videos for brown-skinner women, for god’s sake find someone who can light brown skin.

    Mac tests on animals. 👎🏼

      Jill Schwartz actually they dont. They mentioned it in their site

    • @cathrineniko6634
      @cathrineniko6634 6 років тому +5

      True they don`t.China does test MAC on animals but not MAC themselves.I wish they would refuse to sell to china because of this but the money is more important i guess.But at least they have some common sense;)

    • @jillschwartz2442
      @jillschwartz2442 6 років тому +3

      I'm confused as to where you see that MAC states they are a cruelty free company. I've been using cruelty free products for years and not once has MAC ever been on that list. They are owned by Ester Lauder which requires animal testing which in turn does NOT make them a cruelty free company. There are several companies who have parent companies that test on animals but they themselves refuse to sell in China. MAC is not one of those companies. Animal testing is never ok.

    • @cathrineniko6634
      @cathrineniko6634 6 років тому +2

      Go to the bottom on their site and read

    • @jillschwartz2442
      @jillschwartz2442 6 років тому +5

      Follow logical harmony for updates on cruelty free companies if you're really interested. If you google MAC being cruelty free the very first thing that comes up is that they are not a cruelty free company. They are not Leaping Bunny certified and have stated they will comply with regulations to test on animals when required by law. They can choose to not sell their products in China but they do, for money nonetheless. Sadly that makes the company not a cruelty free company regardless of what they are stating. You can find research about MAC's sketchy wording regarding animal testing. I don't care if it's done here or in China, it's torture and it's barbaric and it's absolutely unnecessary in this day and age. I personally choose not to support them.
