I think you will find that Infinite Energy use electrical sub contractors from my experience. Myself and 3 other friends all had solar PV systems installed by them in 2011 and all are still going strong today. It is simply enough for customers to check and keep a eye on the performance of their system from time to time.
People think that everything is plug and play and forget about it. This is not reality, as a major thermodynamic principle is Entropy, where everything drifts back to it's equilibrium state. People need to check on their equipment from time to time as everything eventually fails. Installers should inform the clients of how to check these systems regularly. Systems need to have inline meters for checking output. A weekly or monthly log sheet would be helpful. On top of Entropy, people (installers) do make mistakes and it is important for the client to monitor the system and know at least a rudimentary understanding of how the system works so that they can question the system.
Wow that's in Infinite amount of money to have lost ! 😆

Yes they did, this find is rare and easily done. We have nearly walked away from a job also but our final tests picked up on the issue.

Unreal wot else can you say I’d be pissed
i blame that woman as well.
doesn't she read the electricity bills?
it all itemized.
Yes they were higher than expected but the bills dont show solar production.

my bills do show solar production, since 22 years.
Shows you need some basic understanding of your system and always check it. Would be easy to set up a basic cheat sheet for non tech people.
Solar Analytics is best, any under performance you get an alert straight away 👍🏻
