This video brings back memories of my Machine Learning course during my school days. It's wonderful to learn relatively state-of-the-art algorithms (from 2020 onwards), much like my university experience. I'm the type of person who prefers grasping theory before diving into hands-on coding, so this course has been incredibly helpful in that regard. A huge thank you to CVPR and all the presenters for providing such valuable content! 😃
I think what he means is that since the internet is very young it still doesn't have a platform that hosts videos from people all around the world. Also currently there isn't any 3D software's called Unreal Engine that generate photorealistic renderings in real time that can be used as infinite training data. (which is free) - And since we don't have any of these things options we are pretty much limited to just 64x64 images at the moment.
