When I was a kid my dad would go crazy with lights. He said the electric bill would go up by $300 just in December. That was in the 80s. His light display is nowhere near what we see in this video.
Me too. I bet it's a lot unless it's solar powered, that would be cool.
Most of it these days are led so it’s significantly less electricity

What a waste of energy. Oh yeah....Earth Hour will compensate and justify this nonsense in a few months. I don't get it....
Just Ridiculous!! They deserve the thousands in dollars they spend on their freaking light bill, and any hefty fines. I feel for their neighbors! Any donations they get for these displays probably goes in their pocket to buy more of this junk for the next year.
