And no, if someone is taking a morning after pill, that does not mean or imply they are pregnant.
If people have unprotected sex and there's premature semen or ejaculation (yes, either can cause a pregnancy), then the girl takes a morning after pill which temporarily pauses ovulation to significantly decrease the chance of a successful pregnancy.
If any drama comes from this, it will be because of people who have very little or no experience with sex. lol.
