Jim & son Neal McHugh took a trip to Ireland in 2002 to explore our McHugh Roots. This is a video of our visit. Our heritage derives from the Ardcloon, Co. Galway McHughs, William and Margaret Gilligan McHugh. They married in 1848, and their son John William McHugh (my grandfather) relocated to California in 1878, and eventually to Oakdale, California. He and Mary Jane Devine married in 1882; they had 10 children.

Peter - Glad you found my video interesting. I put it together for my McHugh relatives in the USA so they could "experience" a little bit of Ireland and the McHugh "country." Thanks for the note...……..Jim

My dad john glennon was also born in dunmore, alive and kicking in dublin at 92.
