I respect her. I'm a lot older than Meg but I'm glad she spoke on this. Black people don't usually get help because it's stigmatized. Plus a lot times we just don't have resources. Luckily I realized what was going on and called my company's wellness hot line. My aunt has told me over the years God only puts burdens on his strongest warriors. I can't say what is true and what isn't but we need stop holding in and feeling weak if we crumble.
