Before posting my next deck video I decided to show you this epic VA duel on the current OCG jump festa for 2023, showcasing the new Playmaker support from Cyberstorm Access. The voice actors did an amazing job during this duel and I really enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy it too!

R: "Allow me to take the first turn. I normal summon Rokket Tracer and then activate its effect. It destroys itself to special summon Rokket Caliber from my Deck."
R: "Next, I activate Rokket Caliber's effect! Appear, Double Disruptor Dragon! I activate Double Disruptor Dragon to revive two Rokket monsters from my Graveyard. Then, by banishing Double Disruptor Dragon from my Graveyard, I can add this card to my hand."
R: "I activate the Ritual Spell, Heavy Interlock! I destroy my two Rokkets..."
P: "Kh, he's performing Ritual Summon by _destroying_ monsters?!"
R: "Courageous spirit of mayhem! Now is the time to pull the trigger to unleash myriad thunder! Ritual Summon! Descend, Borreload Riot Dragon!"
R: "A monster special summoned with Heavy Interlock cannot be destroyed by battle with a monster special summoned from the Extra Deck and is unaffected by the activated effect of any monster special summoned from the Extra Deck. I set two cards and end my turn."
P: "Kh, I can't rely on Extra Deck monster to defeat Riot Dragon. He's taken a countermeasure against my Deck..."
P: "However, there is a way! My turn! I draw! I send one card (Sea Archiver) from my hand to the Graveyard to activate Cynet Mining in order to add this card (Firewall Defenser) to my hand and then Normal Summon it. Appear, Firewall Defenser!"
P: "I set Firewall Defenser in the Link Marker to summon Link-1, Link Disciple! Firewall Defenser was used as Link material, so I can activate its effect to special summon Firewall Phantom from my Deck. I Link Summon with these two as materials. Appear, Link-2, Cyberse Witch!"
R: "I recall that Cyberse Witch is a support card for Ritual Summoning. Hmph, so you're thinking of 'eye for an eye,' but with Ritual Monster."
P: "Since Firewal Phantom was used as Link material, I can use its effect to add 'Cynet' Magic/Trap card to my hand and discard one card. I then banish Firewall Phantom from my Graveyard to shuffle one Cyberse monster from my Graveyard into the Deck at the end of the turn."

I special summon Sea Archiver and then add one 'Cynet' Ritual Spell and one Cyberse Ritual Monster to my hand. Furthermore, I activate Cyberse Witch's other effect to revive Firewal Defenser!"
R: "Now there are four monsters on the field. At times like this, you'd usually go for a Link monster with the highest link rating, but with my Riot Dragon's gun barrel pointing at you, don't think it's going to be that easy!"

P: "I now set Sea Archiver and Code Radiator in my hand in the Link Markers! Here's Link-2, Code Talker Inverted!"
R: "Not on my watch! I activate Riot Dragon's effect, followed with the Quick-Spell, Quick Launch! I negate my opponent's special summon with it by either destroying itself or a Rokket monster. I negate Inverted's special summon and then destroy the special summoned Exploderokket Dragon."
P: "Ack!"
R: "Normally, I wouldn't waste this effect on a mere Link-2 monster, but one of the Link materials, Code Radiator, has the effect to negate my monster's effects and reduce its ATK point to zero. I had no other choice."
P: "But with that, the path has now been cleared! I set Cyberse Sage and Link-2 Cyberse Witch in the Link Markers! I Link Summon! Here comes the Link-3, Protectcode Talker!
R: "Grr!"
P: "Appear, the circuit that leads to the future! I set Defenser, Desavewurm and Link-3 Protectcode Talker in the Link Markers!"
P: "The mysterious power filling the universe! Rain down on the miracle star and create infinite life! Link Summon! Appear! Link-5! Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz!"
R: "Link-5... a grand entrance of your trump card, eh? But a Link monster cannot defeat my Riot Dragon!"
P: "We'll see about that!"
R: "What!?"
P: "Neo Tempest Terahertz's effect! I send one Cyberse-type monster from my Extra Deck to my Graveyard in order to gain 2500 ATK. It is also treated as the same Attribute of the sent monster on top of its own and can attack up to the number of different Attributes it has!"
R: "What did you say?! Even if a 5500 ATK monster that can attack twice cannot destroy Riot...!"
P: "...You still take the damage! Time to battle! Go! I attack Riot Dragon with Neo Tempest Terahertz!"
R: "Gaaah...Hahahahaha!! Time to end this paltry act. At this moment, I activate the Trap Card, Magic Cylinder!"
P: "What!?"
R: "I negate my opponent's attacking monster and deal damage equal to its ATK! In order to conquer Riot that is undefeatable by battle, you had no choice but to increase your monster's ATK and deal enough Battle Damage. Playmaker, your tactics are like an open book to me!"
P: "Kh! I activate the Quick-Spell, Cynet Crosswipe... I tribute Neo Tempest Terahertz to target one card on the field and destroy it. I destroy Riot Dragon!"
R: "Hmph, you dodged that well. However, you had to pay a hefty price."
P: "I Set a card and end my turn. As per Phantom's activated effect, I return Inverted in my Graveyard to my Extra Deck."
R: "Since Exploderokket Dragon was destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, I can special summon Anesthrokket Dragon from my Deck."

Damn revolver VA and Jack Atlas VA are those who i loved so much and those that i always happy to hear them.
The buildup of Ultima Tempest gives me chills also the Neo Tempest End...
I love the attack name "ultima Tempest" as it references A.I arrival attack name "ultima attribution"
I can't believe revolver voiced the gen 2 drago from bakugan and cyrus from pokmeon masters ex. This duel is so legendary in my opinion
I think Yusaku (Playmaker) is the best character in the various Yu-Gi-Oh series, as he brought together the most prominent features of the previous characters from the various series. Hell, Yusaku was so goddamn good that he doesn't even need bullshit like Heart Of The Cards to beat someone because his deck was good and overpowered in both anime and TCG.
Edit : not to mention, in Vrains anime there is an episode when the writers Made fun of Heart Of The Card.

Duel Details: Revolver VS Playmaker
This is conducted as a MASTER DUEL. Both players will start with 4000 LP.
Turn 1: Revolver
- Normal summons Rokket Tracer [★4/DARK/Dragon/Tuner/Effect | ATK/1600 DEF/1000]
- Activates Rokket Tracer's effect to target 1 face-up card he controls, destroy it, and Special Summon from his deck 1 other "Rokket" monster with a different name than the destroyed target.
- Special Summons Rokket Caliber [★4/DARK/Dragon/Tuner/Effect | ATK/1700 DEF/100] from his deck.
- Activates Rokket Caliber's effect to tribute itself to Special Summon a DARK Dragon/Machine type monster from his hand.
- Special Summons Double Disruptor Dragon [★8/DARK/Dragon/Effect | ATK/2500 DEF/1500] from his hand.
- Activates Double Disruptor Dragon's effect to tribute itself to Special Summon 2 "Rokket" monsters with different names from his GY.
- Special Summons Rokket Tracer and Rokket Caliber.

- Banishes Firewall Phantom to allow him to shuffle a Cyberse monster from the GY back into his deck during this turn's End Phase.
- Activates Cynet Rollback, allowing him to Special Summon Firewall Phantom from the banished zone.
- At this point, Cyberse Witch's and Sea Archiver's effects activate.
Since a monster was Summoned to a zone a Link Monster points to, Playmaker Special Summons Sea Archiver from his GY. Then Cyberse Witch's effect allows him to add a Ritual Spell (Cynet Ritual) and Cyberse Ritual monster from his deck to his hand.
- Cyberse Witch's other effect activates. Since Playmaker activated Cyberse Witch's earlier effect, he targets Firewall Defenser in his GY and Special Summons it.
- Activates Cynet Ritual, tributing Firewall Phantom to Ritual Summon Cyberse Sage [★1/DARK/Cyberse/Ritual/Effect | ATK/0 DEF/0] and subsequently activates its effect, banishing Fusion material monsters from the GY to Fusion Summon Cyberse Disabwurm [★6/DARK/Cyberse/Fusion/Effect | ATK/2300 DEF/1500].
- Uses Sea Archiver from the field and Code Radiator from his hand as Link Material to Link Summon Code Talker Inverted [LIGHT/Cyberse/Link/Effect | ATK/1300 LINK-2].
At this point, Revolver activates Borreload Riot Dragon's effect and chains Quick Launch.
Quick Launch's effect resolves first, Special Summoning a "Rokket" monster from his deck, but the monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack, and is destroyed in the End Phase. Revolver Special Summons Exploderokket Dragon [★7/DARK/Dragon/Effect | ATK/2000 DEF/2000].
Borreload Riot Dragon's effect resolves second, negating the Special Summon of an opponent's monster, and destroying both it and 1 "Rokket" monster he controls. He destroys both Code Talker Inverted and Exploderokket Dragon.
- Uses Cyberse Witch and Cyberse Sage as Link Material to Link Summon Protectcode Talker [DARK/Cyberse/Link/Effect | ATK/2300 LINK-3].
- Uses Firewall Defenser, Cyberse Disabwurm, and Protectcode Talker as Link Material to Link Summon Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz [DARK/Cyberse/Link/Effect | ATK/3000 LINK-5].
- Activates Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz's effect to send a Cyberse monster from his deck or Extra Deck to the GY and have it gain that sent card's attribute plus 2500 ATK [ATK/3000 → 5500]. Also, for every attribute that this card gains, it also gets that many more attacks on monsters.
- Playmaker proceeds to attack Borreload Riot Dragon, but Revolver activates Magic Cylinder. This Trap allows him to negate Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz's attack, and inflict damage to Playmaker equal to its ATK. This would have caused Playmaker to lose the duel, but not before he chains Cynet Crosswipe to Magic Cylinder. Cynet Crosswipe destroys a card on the field by tributing 1 Cyberse monster. Playmaker tributes Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz to destroy Borreload Riot Dragon. He then sets a card.
- Returns Code Talker Inverted from the GY to the Extra Deck as per Firewall Phantom's effect.
- Revolver Special Summons Anesthrokket Dragon [★1/DARK/Dragon/Effect | ATK/0 DEF/2200] from his deck, as per Exploderokket Dragon's effect.
Turn 3: Revolver
- Uses Anesthrokket Dragon as Link Material to Link Summon Striker Dragon [DARK/Dragon/Link/Effect | ATK/1000 LINK-1].
- Activates Striker Dragon's effect, adding Boot Sector Launch from the deck to his hand.
- Normal Summons Rokket Synchron [★1/DARK/Dragon/Tuner/Effect | ATK/0 DEF/0] and subsequently activates his effect, Special Summoning a ★5 or higher DARK Dragon from his GY.
- Special Summons Borreload Riot Dragon
- Activates Striker Dragon's effect, destroying Borreload Riot Dragon to add Rokket Tracer to his hand.

- Attacks Playmaker directly with Borreload Savage Dragon. Playmaker activates Spool Code, but Revolver chains Borreload Savage Dragon's effect to remove 1 Borrel Counter [Borrel Counter: 2 → 1] to negate the activation of Spool Code and destroy it.
- Replay occurs, Borreload Dragon attacks Playmaker directly [Playmaker LP 4000 → 400].
- Attacks Playmaker directly with Borrelend Dragon. Playmaker activates Cynet Circuit from the GY. If his LP are 2000 or less, he can target 1 Link monster in the GY, return it to the Extra Deck, and Special Summon it. - Replay occurs. Revolver decides not to attack.
- If there is a "Firewall" Link monster on the field, Playmaker can Special Summon Protectcode Talker from the GY (which he does) by banishing Link monsters whose total Link Rating equals 3.
Turn 4: Playmaker
- Activates Cynet Rollback's effect. If his LP are 2000 or lower, he banishes Cynet Rollback to add 2 of his banished Cyberse monsters to his hand.
- Normal Summons Sea Archiver.
- Uses Sea Archiver and Protectcode Talker as Link Material to Link Summon Accesscode Talker [DARK/Cyberse/Link/Effect | ATK/2300 LINK-4].
- Activates Accesscode Talker's effect, allowing him to gain 1000 ATK per Link Rating the Link monster material had. But Revolver chains Borrelend Dragon's effect, negating Accesscode Talker's effects and Special Summoning Anesthrokket Dragon from the GY.
- Activates his Skill: Neo Storm Access. If his LP are 1000 or lower, he gets to add a random Cyberse Link monster from outside of his Extra Deck to his Extra Deck.
- Activates Link into the VRAINS!. Special Summons Firewall Phantom from his hand, and subsequently uses it, Accesscode Talker, and Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz as Link Materials to Link Summon Firewall Dragon Singularity [DARK/Cyberse/Link/Effect | ATK/3500 LINK-6]. Revolver cannot activate any effects in response to this Link Summon, also this Link Summon cannot be negated.
- Activates Firewall Dragon Singularity's effect to target cards Revolver controls or in his GY, up to the number of different types of monsters (Synchro, Ritual, Xyz, Fusion), return them to the hand, and gain 500 ATK for each returned card.
- Returns Rokket Tracer and Rokket Caliber to Revolver's hand. [ATK/3500 → 4500]
- Attacks Borreload Savage Dragon with Firewall Dragon Singularity [Revolver LP 3500 → 2600]
- Activates Firewall Dragon Singularity's effect to Special Summon Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz from the GY as Firewall Dragon Singularity destroyed a monster it pointed to by battle.
- Activates Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz's effect to send 1 Cyberse monster from the deck or Extra Deck to the GY to gain that sent monster's attribute plus 2500 ATK and extra attacks on monsters [ATK/3000 → 5500].
- Attacks Borrelend Dragon with Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz [Revolver LP 2600 → 600]. Borrelend Dragon cannot be destroyed by battle.
- Attacks Borrelend Dragon with Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz [Revolver LP 600 → 0].

I still think the ceremonial duel for vrains should’ve been playmaker vs revolver round 5 - I’d have revolver win and reveal his link 5 in this duel. Playmaker. Or even Playmaker vs Soulburner - a duel between the only characters who defeated Revolver.
Shunsuke Takeuchi is a god tier actor but Shoya Ishoge was so good to, it legitimately looked like he was having an awesome time.

there is "Quick timing" after activating the Accesscode (1) effect.
So he didn't chain for (1) itself.
When attack power boosts, you can chain spell speed 2 card effect. Which means Barrel end dragon also works.
During Playmaker's last turn , could he really spe sum Darfuild with Singularity's eff ?
I mean the 'last' time Darkfluid was summoned to the field was via the trap Cynet Circuit (which returns a link monster to extra then call it to field, AND IT'S NOT CONSIDERED A LINK SUMMON). Darkfluid was sent to GY as Link Mat while NOT BEING PROPERLY SPE SUMMONED. SO.... ?

@@magemaster724 Well honestly i did think abt the cause being anime rules considering they starting with 4000 LP, but then again i remembered that this is a VRAINS era duel, and since the VRAINS era, duels in anime started to be as close as the 'real life' duels in terms of rules (and also gameplay if u ask me) so i thought the "monster being properly spe sum" rule is also respected. But then again lol, its not written in stone, they could just not use that rule for anime..
Anyways i just wanted to see if my observation is correct haha, thanks for sharing that vid really ✌🏼😊

There is no text in Singularity that says the monster needs to be Link summon. That move is pure legal. Also there is no text in Darkfuid that said he MUST be first Link summoned.
@@kodokutamashi1569 there is an official ruling for extra deck monsters and ritual monsters that you first need to properly summon them before you can revive them from the GY or the banished pile.
if a card states "must first be link summoned" means you cannot summon it from the extra deck by special effects such as a cyber stein for link summons or so, it has nothing to do with the regular revival rule I stated above.

There are no lines for borrelends attack. Maybe it will have some when Duel links added it

@@magemaster724 I can understand the basics of the Japanese dialogue, like the ones you listed. But sometimes I’m not familiar with cards and their effects, so I’d like to learn what each card does. And I’d like to know what each player is saying when they’re not physically playing a card.
