Also we wanted to use our new darkrai and boy…. One of my darkrai had feint attack lol plus we had early time out 3 times 🙄 The last darkly, I took a risk. I knew flamethrower was coming but I really wanted to get the last shadow ball off but unfortunately RNG wasn’t in my favor. When all my pokemon fainted, I knew we failed and wasted our pass. When kai beat it, I WAS DEAD LMAO!! And kai likes shiny and he wanted shiny shadow ball mewtwo so I was just so happy he got it! Well deserved shiny for kai!!💕 (And maybe some people remember…. We tried trioing mewtwo for this ex raid in foggy weather, two level 40 accounts and one level 35, using all Giratina and Darkrai with shadow ball. Defeated the boss with 15 seconds left
We knew we needed more darkrai than giratina when we failed first. I duo’d mewtwo with Oscar but psycho cut does nothing to giratina and doesn’t help to gain energy. So our strategy was to have enough giratina but bring in darkrai
