Do they dim after few min ? I bought the rechargeable one and it goes down by 80% after 3 min .

No they do not, they work normal with 100% brightness. I also know that the rechargeable model had issues with a lot of people reporting the same issues that you have had.

@@TechTronic9000 Thanks for confirming, the rechargeable ones have a time based ramp down to protect it from heating and extend battery time. It is usual with flashlights. I ended up getting the big flood light PLSA 20-Li A1, and that is excellent holds the light output and has great 2000 lumins.

I have also just bought the PLSA 20-Li A1 as surprisingly works also with 12V batteries with an included adapter. I plan on doing a short review of it also.
