Your process is easy with clear instructions step by step. I liked the way you prepared pieces ahead of time so we are not wasting time while you string stuff. Good tutorial for creative bead making! ❤

Hi Pauline, thanks so much for stopping by and subscribing, that is much appreciated. I'll be doing the same, one of these days I'll be making these with my granddaughters as well. I'm sure your granddaughter is going to love it!! Take care and have a great week. 😊😊
I like your method!!! I am going to give it a try. You opened up my world. I did not know there was a paper rolling tool!!! I have a short one for quilling, did not know this one existed. Off to Amazon I go. Thanks for a wonderful video, Geesje!
Hi LeAnn, Thank you, I decided to make the video anyway, even though I'm still not recovered from the flu, as you can tell by my voice...:):) I got paper bead rollers from an Etsy seller here in Canada, shipping was great! Wouldn't the paper quilling tool not work? Thank you for watching!
I've been making paper beads for years, using a plastic wheel that came with a child's bead-making kit. I had NO idea there was an actual REAL tool that could be used to make paper beads. I will be looking for one right now! So glad I found your channel. Love the beads you made.
Hi Deb, welcome to my channel. If the plastic wheel works, that is great! But I do really like these bead rollers! I love these beads, great for making them in a set for jewelry too. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment, it is greatly appreciated!
Your beads are beautiful! Thank you for sharing your process. I've subscribed to your channel. I believe in supporting fellow crafters. GOD Bless and stay safe
Hello Lynn, thank you for subscribing to my channel, I really appreciate that! These beads are indeed a nice project for indoors, watch out though, they are addicting to make!!
Sorry to be so offtopic but does anybody know of a way to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot the password. I would love any help you can offer me!
@Jack Davion I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I use paper straws for my core. I also have a paper bead making tool like yours that I made myself but the paper straws are cheap so I use them now. I also use the plastic tube inside pens. When the ink is finished I use the ink tubes.
Hi, I thought about using plastic straws, but thought they might be a bit flimsy? So I went with making a paper core, I quite like the process. Great idea of using the ink tubes as well! Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment!!
Yes, I have. There are a few nice videos about making larger beads, just ask your search engine (google), A good explanation video: ua-cam.com/video/hikjzgJdMJM/v-deo.html I hope it turns out for you, have a good day!!
Good morning. I got the paper bead rollers from Etsy, just type in: paper bead roller, and some will come up. Then you just pick the one you think would work best. I had to write the size on the wood as it was not very clear. But I'm sure you can find it on Amazon as well. Have a great day!!
@@lizzandrews9968 I did make sets of a pendant for a necklace and earrings to match, the earrings have shorter cores, so they are not as long. But I also have some just sitting pretty in a nice jar. 🙂
@@dianneoberski2212 Yes, I've also seen them used that way, for the right journal and the right percipient, it would be a nice additive. I myself have not used them in that way, but now that you mention it, I might just add a boho bead to the next journal!

Do boho beads have an actual use or are they made just to collect?
I’m okay with just collecting them but no one seems to know of any practical use for these beauties.

Alot use them for their journals, or to hang on bags, or key ring charm. You put a clip on one end and a charm or a tassle on the bottom.
