It’s, Are you sure KFC and McDonald in Pakistan do have Halal chicken and meat. It’s not necessarily they are in Pakistan so they will have Halal food. Their food is made abroad so it hard to say if it’s halal.

are you even serious? you will find tons of halal restaurants in london and other parts of England. may be the area you are staying at doesn't have muslim population. you have only spent 3 days in london. explore more and you will so many halal restaurant options. and you can go to Dixy chicken which is an halal alternate to KFC. other than that also you can find so many halal takeaways selling fried chicken

You are living in Southwark and you can find too many Hlal food in this area. I lived there for 2 years.
