It doesn't matter that it's not an antique, it's a great restoration.
Very nice restoration. It's good to make rusty old tools usable again.
good restoration
Nice work man, metal work is a noble work
good job
The narration is awesome
Good job, short and no music.
Duke reminds me of Chuck Norris in a Walker Texas Ranger kind of way . Nice work , always enjoy the restorations
Nicely done and great editing! Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great job your work is art .
Thank you very much!
TRG RESTORATION your welcome .
Nice job.
Evaporust is magic. Good resto.👍
The time is 23:35
Somewhere in an army base I'm trying to sleep in the back seat of my van.
Its dark and very quiet.
Only me, the cellphone and this restoration video.
Great video. Very relaxing. Good way to fall asleep...
Good night from Israel
Another awesome restoration !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great restoration!!!
nyc plumber here that is a vintage 1895 pipe cutter Trimo cotter pins are the giveaway old school as my young apprentices would call it.
sweet! I gave $2 for it on ebay
I expect “Duke’s” next appearance will have his leg in a cast and on crutches? 😂
Another great restoration and top-notch entertainment. Thank you! Cheers from Ohio.
Hehe that's be funny esp since I paused the video to first type out my review and wondered about him falling into the tumbler.
Nicely done.
The rust remover is very impressive
Yup, it even moved the handle, must be magic lol
Excelente obra! Gracias por tu trabajo 👍
Hi Bud,
You make come back to life,
Amazing job!!👍🏼
Hi, I want to congratulate you for the videos, today I finished watching all your videos. Congratulations. Send a hug to Brazil.
Muy buena la restauracion de este cortador de tubos, desde Venezuela le mando un saludo
You always do excellent work
Really good 👍
Excelente restauração!!!
Nice job on this as always. Those gloves are very cool!
The gloves are cool.
Yet another great restoration mate. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait for the next video. Hopefully Chuck makes a speedy recovery from his fall.
Stay safe and healthy. 👍👍🇦🇺. Cheers from Australia. 😁
Excellent job as always thanks.
Thanks again!
Tré bien
👍👍👍
Excelente ¡Bravo!
No entiendo ingles haces un buen trabajo saludos desde Barranquilla Colombia
Seems familiar :). Great resto!
Yaaay.......from Brazil
Awesome color awesome video
Thank you! Cheers!
10:29 normal speed with a Wilhelm Scream might have been funny.
Escelente restauración pero ???¿Cómo afilaste las cuchillas?
awesome result ✌️😎👍
Great work! I’ve been using vinegar for my restorations but I hear rust remover is much better for the metal so might try that myself.
I mean, the restoration was complete after the evaporust was applied (which I was yelling at the screen for you to apply while you were heating & oiling it - lol). That said, you did a fantastic job on this! I love watching tools be brought to a majestic state above & beyond what they had ever been even when brand new.
Looks like Duke was working QC that day.
Super Nice 👍
Great work, but please ditch the commentary. Maybe save that for patreon videos or something.
Vary noice! Poor ol man standing at the end....oh...No
That pipe wrench looks like it could use a little love.
Pervert!
I really need to get my hands on some of that Evapo-Rust to clean up an old NKP (Nickel Plate Road) lantern that I picked up at an antique store here in Ohio a while back. (Since you and Hand Tool Rescue both use it, I'll have to get some of it.)
I would say for those that don't like narration, turn off the sound. Nice job everything doesn't have to be and antic. His video just enjoy. There is so much more to worry about these days. I'm just glad I have these video's to take my mind off the present day proelems . Nice restore.
Who else was hoping to see the Action figure man fall into that tumbler? ... or jump into the sandblasting box?
Besides that... I got to agree with Stephen Young and his comment that it doesn't matter if its not an antique, I still enjoyed watching the restorations .... listening to the action figure though left me wanting to throw him into the tumbler. I don't know why, I just do. Though I did get a laugh of him falling down, its just not the same as falling into it.
If you don't want sound, just turn it off. Nice job on cutter.
Nice video.. subscribed..
Entering the uncanny valley with that narration. Too much! 😖
Wicked job as always tho. A real pleasure to watch you work.
i have one very much like one, now i have to run downstairs and see if the handle unscrews.
nope. same shape, but not the same feature... oh well.
Tubular dude!
Good as New!
Please do a 1/2” ratchet restoration video too :)
Hello, your channel is awesome. Question, what do you do with all the parts you restore?
where did you get the skeleton gloves ??
Aaaand 1:57 restoration is complete. That was a quick one, good work! ;o)
The narration is fine and if people don’t like it they can mute it.
Where are you get these old machines
4:01... Freddy's Fast Bear Pizza!?
Hey Tim
Liking the variety in projects recently.
Do you and Duke share the same voice?
Take care
Ditch the weird doll, I don’t mind the narration but think I preferred it before!
Great editting!!!!
Agree
What do you do if it gets dull and doesn’t cut anymore?
Nice job of restoration! But you don't need the narration; you're just restating the obvious.
MADE IN THE USA 🍻⚡⚡⚡⚡
Good Work man, i dont know if you speak Spanish, but well :D
gracias hombre, se lo agradezco.
@@TRGRESTORATIONS great work freind
Goodvergood💚❤️🌹🌳👏 👍
Lol I’m mean Duke. Lol 🤪
Looks great I like your narration 👍✌️
Nice criticism people. Where's your YOU TUBE channel??? Enough said about the critics.
Out of curiosity, why use a wire wheel on the threads instead of sandblasting?
I was thinking that too , so.... ?
Greetings from Tasmania Australia, terrific restoration job you have don on that pip wrench? John
2:18 That was a short video! Oh, wait. There's more?
I think those pipe cutters were patented in 1895 instead of 1995. I don’t know man. I can’t find much information regarding Trimo pipe cutters.
Men: Let's first use brute force and FIRE! instead of soaking in the nice chemical specifically designed to do the job without absolutely no effort at all.
Right of passage I guess😉
Great color choice Duke, but I do question your decision to stand at that end of the pipe while it was being cut.😨😲🙈😱. Another great restoration Tim and I'm sure any plumber would love to have that pipe cutter in their tool box. Question: Is that the same bucket of Evaporust that you featured in a video some months ago? If it is, it sure lives up to its hype. I hope you and yours are healthy and safe and cheers from this old retired coot living in Tennessee.💖👍🍻😷✌
In powder for that stuff is blindingly bright ...
10:22 Mr. Bill nooooooo
Your videos were just fine the way they were, why so many "changes?"
My guess is that he's jockeying to get 100K subscribers. Right now he's at 73.5K.
@@chrisnemec5644 He just lost one!
what is the significance of the toy man and the creepy voice?
👍👍👍❤👌
too much talking
That cutter is for malleable iron pipe. Let's see how it does on some 3/4" SCH 40! Maybe?!?
Great restoration! I've done this a couple of times with pipe cutters that someone else has written off.
By just soaking it looks new
Please lose the narration. Totally different feel to your videos. You're messing with a formula that has made this channel successful
@hawkturkey At least I can ignore the subtitles. And, as someone else pointed out, the narration is just stating the obvious.
Ahh...The videos are silent otherwise just mute the dam thing.
@@lawnmowerdude Some of us want the tool, shop, work sounds, but not the sounds of someone talking (which is how this channel started and where it reverted). But yes, if you just want no sound at all, mute it - easy solution. I respect the channel owner's right to make his videos how he chooses, but I assume he wants to know his viewers' preferences (as I do).
Not a fan of narration.
A couple of things here, all with good intention.....the narration reminds me of those vapid science films we used to see in middle school like "Hemo The Magnificent" or "The Human Body is Like an Engine" interrupted every so often with a blurbblurblurb sound and the film breaking; next, why on earth would anyone let an expensive and seemingly new tool be left to waste and rust shut tighter than a nun's virginity; and finally, nice cleaning restoration but the "tarting up" finish is a little on the "happy" (if you get my meaning) side. Best wishes and stay healthy.
🤨 do you watch a lot of restoration channels ? Got to tart them up a bit , otherwise just look in your toolbox , easy ✌
@@RavenMacy It is a poor workman who blames his tools.
I actually like Duke and his weird robot voice.
Great work. Almost too pretty to use.
(downvoted) Lose the narration, please. :(
I've stopped watching your videos because of Duke
I thought it said pie cutter...the video thumbnail wasn't loading so I got so sad when it loaded 😭
Poor dune at the end
lol yeah I'll have to give him a raise one of these days.
I relay like the new format
Soak it overnight in Kroil.
Not a fan of the talking. The rest was good.
