- How to build your own garage / shed, yard master 10 x17 T, PART 5
I am hoping that this would help someone! I am really happy with the results!
The ANSEMBLY instructions can be found on Google if you tipe in : YARD MASTER GARAGE 10x17 ANSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS and choose your size off garage, in this case is 10x17 but you can find any size you WILL buy. THANKS FOR WATCHING PLEASE LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE!
You did a great job! Congratulations!
Hi. The roof I assembled pieces by pieces on the roof ( one by one...the side ones first,; one piece on left, one the right , then one or 2 in the top roof depends how much you need to cover)... It will very difficult to lift already assembled and more important probably will be a nightmare to align...good look and hope this helps. 😉
Thanks
Thank you for these videos they have helped me so much!
For the roof there should be 9 ridge caps, and they need connecting to each other using 1 pair of holes, so the same way you did it. I tried doubling the holes up using two pairs, and there wasnt enough ridge caps
I am really happy to hear that, Thanks
Excellent build. I’ve built same, just wondering why you didn’t put end bits on doors. I want to, but then can’t open door hooks from outside.
verry helpful. thank you
Thank you for these videos. I have been using them to assemble the same garage. And they have been so helpful.
One question, did you assemble the roof separately from the rest of the garage, and then put it on top complete ? Or did you assemble roof in place on the garage as you worked ?
I've nearly.finished the roof, but I have run out of roof caps! I was using 4 holes, so 2 sets of 2 holes doubled up, since you had 2 roof caps left and only used 2 holes. So I'm not sure what way to do it?
Could I buy those roof caps from you if you still have them please?
Hi. I've got 2 left. Where are you located?
@@DIY_PROFESSIONAL it's ok I have taken half the roof off again and will redo the ridge caps things the same way you did it. Very strange how I didnt have enough using two pair of holes, and you had too many using one pair of holes. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks
Good luck
@@DIY_PROFESSIONAL thanks. I've finished it now. Re-did the roof caps using one pair of holes, so the same way you did it. And it worked out perfect. I used 9 ridge caps in total.
