Sandy needs to build this team around Stewie or they won’t get far. She’s your best player and the reigning MVP and you have her iced out mostly passing and screening. when you actually went through her she took over and scored on just about every possession to cut that 20+ lead in just a few minutes. Even neared a triple double! you have one of the best in the world, you have to utilize her well or you won’t win. She needs the ball in every possession and others have to also consistently step up she can’t do everything alone again this year.
@@fred6364 We definitely need JJ ofc, this reminds me of last year when JJ struggled till about all star and stewie was stuck carrying all the weight til then. Hopefully the fouling situation with JJ ends soon because we need them both. Stewies the mvp so i’m just saying it makes sense to play through her with JJ as solid center presence that we need
we need to run better sets, we need to post jj more, stewie needs to take better shots, cv needs to be better, laney needs to be better sabrina more agressive and guard we cant guard no one right now
I worry that Sabrina and Stewart will ever find the chemistry to beat the Aces. I actually think Stewart seems more friendly towards the Aces than Sabrina.
Nothing about being more friendly - Stewie is older than Sabrina. Stewie and a lot of the Aces players are friends and go way back. This is her second year playing in New York and with Sabrina hopefully they can get it together but when all the guards don’t show up they expect Stewie to bail them out to win which is frustrating because everyone has the talent to contribute to make the team be great. Stewie carrying the heavy load alone is what burned her out in the finals last year.
@@leanwitrockwit2087 I'm an Oregon fan and a Sabrina fan. I definitely get that she can be a double-edged sword because when she is on, she is more explosive than Stewart. However, if she is off, she can get pretty angry, and it isn't a good thing in most cases. Still there are times when Stewart takes a contested two when Sabrina is wide open for a kick out and I think not getting Sabrina involved with Stewart in the post is a huge mistake because Sabrina has no problem feeding Stewart.

this team is not good enough defensively. stewie ,sabrina,and sloot can be beaten off the dribble and down the court. they are actually worse than last year. only laney and jones defend. early exit in the playoffs.
I'm a realist I don't think the 🗽 is going 2 win a WNBA 🏆 I think they're best chance came last year in my opinion I hope these comment I live to regret.

I think the same thing I feel they are more likely to lose before the finals to a team like Chicago then beat the Aces. I hope I'm wrong too.
