- More a proof of concept than anything.
I am using a Leap Motion controller with Geco software to "bow" the Swam Violin starting at about 40 seconds or so. At first I have my hand slightly raised, "telling" Swam (through Geco) to pluck the strings (pizzicato) on the first two Swan Cello go-arounds. Then I am waving my hand over the Leap Motion to bow the Swam Violin at various speeds. This allows natural and varied tremolo effects while also sliding if so desired. This would be hard to do real time with any other virtual set up I'm aware of.
This is a bit rough in execution, but it's more to show what's possible with this combination of hardware and software. In more skillful hands this could be quite impressive I think
Love!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉WOW!
This is brilliant.
That means a lot coming from you man! Thanks!
@@reckon104 it’s a great idea and masterfully executed. I want one.
Cool vibe, great expression
Thanks so much for watching and the kind words!
Seems pretty darned impressive to me! It would be great if you could share a video somewhere showing how you have configured your equipment and mapped various parameters in your DAW.
Thanks! I've been meaning to do something like that, but with a small child at home, my day job and the pandemic, time is a little tight these days :)
@@reckon104 I completely understand. I look forward to seeing it once you get a little time!
That sounds like the bass from toe jam and earl
Don't know it, but I hope it brings the funk! Thx for watching!
